As a regular, it is overwhelming that the place that had 20 people at max and like 30 posts per day skyrocketed to 100 people with over 1000 posts per day, but honestly, it's not a bad thing, just unusual. Will take some time to adjust to all the new people. Yes, the vibe of small community and slow thread is gone, but once again, as long as new peple are contributing quallity posting, I'm fine with that. Both small and big boards have their own upsides and downsides, that's how it is.
I know people here are divided about /soc/posting and stuff like that, but let's face the truth: this shit was never allowed on the green site to begin with, the only reason people were doing it is because moderation was incredibly shitty and the whole thread was one huge gray zone that cultivated some weird parasocial culture where some people cared more about thread personalities rather than Niji or streams, which is, in all fairness, is just fucking shitposting under some kind of friendly sauce. This place has tied moderation, so we cut all the crap, being hateposts, schizoposts or /soc/posts. Personally, I don't always agree on every BOs opinion either. Like ritualposting for me is fine, but I understand where he's coming from as 20 people posting the same shit every thread that doesn't contribute anything will become annoying pretty quickly.
We also do have our own differences and issues. Like a lot of regulars don't really like ex-Niji livers for various reasons, so don't expect some nostalgic posts praising Pomu or Mysta. Still, everybody here were regulars of the green site at one point, so some old culture sticked through it. Like we still fondly remember all those le creativdad shitposts like Todd, or all those incredibly high quallity memes like endou - torahime cartel war
the guy who made it is also a board regular so we do know how to have fun and this whole board isn't some concentration camp where you either livepost or die.
I don't expect that EVERYBODY will stick through it since, let's face it, the lawlessness of kekchan was the part of the appeal for some people. Still, if you want to stay and contribute with quallity posting, liveposts, funposting and general good vibe, you're welcome. I don't know how this board will turn out in a months, but no matter how many people will left, hope we'll have a good time
