Anyone been watching this anime? It's actually kinda enjoyable. Basically the story is about an introvert who picks up the guitar after being upset that she never made friends in middle school and is dragged into a high school band by pure chance. Honestly, I think the anime has a lot of charm and I'm looking forward to seeing if a season 2 will ever be made or if I'll start the manga next week ater the final episode airs. What do you think about Bocchi the Rock anons? cute band story? shitty K-On rip off? You decide!

>>65044 The only thing I find a tad bit annoying is Bocchi's excessive social anxiety, but I guess it'a necessary as the anime would be boring if she was just someone who is super duper good at Guitar and has the praise of everyone and their mom. I like the drunk bassist, she cute too and I like that she helped Bocchi come out of her shell to get her to sell venue tickets.

I am currently on the episode where Bocchi and Kessoku band are playing for the school festival and Bocchi's string snapped and she can't tune the E-string because of it. But she used the bottleneck and now the day is saved. I genuinely cringed watching that. I wanted to skip over it! I skipped over the first live performance at Starry when everyone was playing off tune because they were disheartened that the people that didnt know them didnt give a shit about them I did a little more digging on Bocchi The Rock! And it was greenlit for a second season a few months back. I am very excited for this show, I will definitely be following it.
