>>61871 To be honest. It seems like a 30- 45 second scene and they're not just standing around but bowling while talking. It's easy to animate people talking while they're standing but look at the poses they're making while talking in those 5 pages. Animators probably didn't want to bother with this scene and decided to ignore it. Maybe they didn't want to give those voice actors more lines than necessary since they're not main characters. Could be lots of reasons.

Ep 4 was horrible with that breakneck pacing.
