There also seem to be some significant twitter and maybe tiktok zoomer crowd forming around her. I can't tell you the exact reason for that as I do not frequent these sites, but that's what I have observed. I guess she is more niche than super established Miku, while also being more memeable but not too obscure/japanese(like zundamon), and with rapid popularity growth there was easy "fandom vacuum" for them to fill.

Heavy reliance of AI based on her original voice, resulting in realistic sounding voice and unfortunately normalfags like twittertards and tumblrtard liked her voice. Note that because of her overeliance of AI, many producers fail to make a good song based on her updated voicebank.... sadly normies still eat any shit NewTeto releases...... For me she just another GUMI or Flower.
