Is there a manga or light novel you would really wish got an animated adaptation? Either in the form of a theatrical release or something more long-running such as an anime? Post about it ITT and see if anyone else had the same idea as you. >inb4 they're just gonna butcher it Let's assume this isn't a Monkey's Paw situation and you can choose whichever animation studio you like the most to adapt it. Bam, now you don't have to be pessimistic about it. <Ogeha I think the grotesqueness of the subject of this manga would work really well if it had a nice detailed animation studio behind it. It's also rather niche and will presumably scare a lot of people away at first. I would assume mostly /monster/fags would flock to it at first. (I am not a /monster/fag)

It could probably be given to Madhouse again since they did a good job on the one we got technically and when it was being a faithful adaptation, the problem was it skipped some stuff, added a bunch of filler episodes, and ended on a lame anime original ending.

Insect Princess. It was short, sweet, and to the point. 20ish chapters could easily be adapted into an OVA or a movie. We need more horror anime anyway. Saike Matashitemo. I just wanna see this crazy motherfucker animated.

And on a non-Japanese note, Animorphs would make for a neat anime. Even comes pre-divided into 54 books.

It's gotten a couple already, but I'd love a longer running Kino no Tabi series that manages to do a significant chunk of the novels. I'd also like them to get an english release, but I understand why the writer doesn't want that after the first attempt.

Given the many rapes this manga has, it'll be a miracle for it to be adapted into an anime Shame,it's a good historical fiction about the Hussites and Jan Zizka.
