Just a random thought. The capital of the country is named ルングバルカ (Rungubaruka) or Rungbarka, and Arkos' complete name is Arkos Barka (see the extras of Volume 2). So not only the royal family's name is probably Barka, but it strengths the associations of the Supreme Lord with Zeus, as the etymology of "barca" is "lightning". Maybe also the reason why Lukas manifests a shield of light.
