I'd like to know how you would slowly make someone incontinent over a period of a few weeks or months. Real life diaper punishment. The psychological aspect is the draw for me and then the dependence on a caregiver. something about it is such a massive turn on. Just thinking about scenarios that would "work" is sometimes enough for me. Here's an example. Once a week you have a mandatory punishment that includes a suppository a diaper and a timer for ten minutes. If they can't make it past the timer you give them a spanking until they cry. It should be a punishment. They have to say they're sorry for all the bad things they've done and promise to try harder. During the week you require two eight once glasses of water before bed. They can get up to use the bathroom but if they wet the bed its back to pullups for a week. Three wet pullups in a week means diapers at night. Pullups mean they can still use the potty at night. Diapers mean they can't. And that's the part that seems like a game. They might even want to be in diapers at night. Being dry for a week and they're back to pullups. Dry pullups for a week and it's back to panties. Somehow it doesn't seem so hard. But messy diapers and they have to be in diapers during the day that day. And *no* potty for twenty four hours. That's when the accidents start happening. Any accidents in their pants means mandatory pullups or diapers during the day for 24 hours. Three in a week and it's diapers 24/7 for a week. Three weeks in a row and then diapers 24/7 becomes the new normal. If they're *good* you'll start them on potty training after seven weeks of diapers. That means potty sitting for an hour a day until they go. When they start being able to use the potty for bowel movements for a week then you start letting them ask to do poopies in a toilet like a big girl during the day. Expect a bunch of poopy pampers. Thats when you start rewarding potty training sessions with infantile behaviors. All of a sudden coloring books and doing homework and finger painting become ways of being rewarded with a trip out of diapers. At some point the weekly punishment training sessions become unnecessary. With these sorts of rules in place someone will fall down the slippery slope into diaper dependence no matter how strong their willpower. What are some of your descent into diapers scenarios?

Suppose the little becomes addicted to watching childish cartoon shows and occasionally still has giggle incontinence. Could that be trained into them? Or maybe they become an artist but develop dyslexia and occasionally mess the bed at night.

How would you 'make' someone incontinent. Assumign they're into diapers and willing to play games or wet & mess. Give them the opportunity to use them. Specific to their fantasy. Punishment 'for fun' only if that suits them. You made a mess; giving them pain or making life more complicated isn't going to long term encourage them for it to happen again. For those with incontinence it's not usually a big pressure; can't hold; "oh no; i had an accident". it's a cough; a movement or body position and a bit slips out. for the fantasy of incontinence I'd say we want to remove the barriers preventing them just wetting. so much so; that just wetting becomes the default behaviour; even if they aren't wearing diapers. so; it's not a scenario; but it would seem to be very 1:1 and hands on. and that type of reality is somethig that most of us can't do. but reassuraing;caring and supporting when wet or when needing a change; providing extra encouragement; minimise any negatives and defeinitely don't respond with any negative behaviours. for example; don't say "you stick of piss; everyone can smell you". why: hot fantasy words; but not encouraging if you want them to do that again do: wet diaper time! yes. that means cummies, is it going to be the wand or humpies this time ? do: encourage them to minimise sexual activities unless diapers are involved. One idea is to have them start wearing thinner pullups with rubber panties. Eventually you make the panties smaller and smaller until it's just a tight rubber panty. This should contain moisture at the same time as making their genitals much more sensitive. The final fall from grace is when you take away the rubber panties, the butt plugs, the diet control. All of the old incontinence rules still apply, except this time they have hyper sensitized genitals and they can't control their sphincter. They'll go straight back to diapers but even more quickly now. I was also reading on the image boards how trampolines can cause pelvic floor incontinence. Two hours a day on a trampoline would not only overly strengthen their pelvic floor but it might also make them have "sea legs" when walking around afterwards.

Mixing Pedialyte and water to encourage wetting and Similac with an osmotic laxative or heavy cream to encourage defecation. Another is to get large nipples from supply stores that sell them for nursing goats (in addition to ABDL supplies). Another thing I find hot are mittens. Smaller ones that are impossible to take off with segufix locks, but a cloth cover with a cartoon print so when going around outside they just look like childish mittens. This can make any difficult to remove clothing almost impossible especially for sudden potty problems. Awkward shoes I find to be exciting. Mary Jane's, Velcro shoes especially. Or trh light up ones on an adult. I've thought it would be interesting to put incredibly heavy weights in the shoes to encourage a shuffling gait or put heavy weighted liquid in channels to make the weight shift around while they walk. The crawling does I don't find so exciting for some reason.
