Archie, both as a company and as a brand, seems to no longer have much of a direction. It's sad because I like many of their characters but more than any of the other mainatream publishers they drank the koolaid and tanked their sales. You cant help but ask yourself where they can go next after the sleazy gritty CW adaption and the satanic sabrina the teenage witch "reinvention". The fact they've made it this far at all is surprise enough.
