What do you know, I happened to have encoded and posted these guys to >>>/v/.

They weren't the most appreciative (open infinite GOPs tend to break video seeking), so I guess I'll exploit 8chan's auto-caching and repost 'em here for everyone's viewing pleasure.

>Both the trailers and the beginning market this as being some kind of unfunny reddit tier "satire' of corpo USA >It actually has decently written characters, music, art and intrigue mystery plot I fucking hate Adult Swim, they did this same shit with China IL and YOLO, though they also turned those previously unique internet creations into an corpo Americanized flanderization of themselves. I saw these on /v/ and thought about giving it another chance, thanks OP. Adult Swim marketers need to be fucking shot.
Forgot to add, top tier encoding!
>>43476 Alright I'm intrigued.

>>43478 To think they're still sending DMCA's to anyone reuploading MDE clips to this day, plus the racist Merrie Melodies cartoons from more than 50 years ago.
>>43478 You like this art style?

It's that time of week again. New episode.
>>43539 It's meh, the backgrounds and colors are what really sells it in terms of image.
>>43547 So there's gotta be a drawback to these mushrooms eventually right? Like that can regenerate the body & reverse death but the extreme hallucinations can't be just something to ignore.
>>43634 >So there's gotta be a drawback to these mushrooms eventually right? Is there ever? Do any of these shows that endlessly go on about magical super-plants from an exotic country that cure any ailment ever discuss or address any of the downsides that occur as a result of these plants, instead of endlessly rambling on about how "It could cure cancer" and ridiculing Western countries and companies who are "exploiting" the natives that want to cut down those forest for the purposes of mining and farming instead of relying on foreign aid all their life?
>>43634 My take is that the mushrooms are a hivemind and in exchange for the healing the mushrooms slowly assimilate its ingesters into their consciousness. This explains why (((Backstein))) is so insistent on containing the mushroom and explicitly turns the narrative into human vs. nature.
>>43637 Anon how many shows actually have this kind of premise? >>43638 Now that'd be something.

Weekly bump, a bit late this time. This episode is somewhat slow-paced in my opinion, but quickly speeds up near the end.
>>43726 >3rd pic Nah, they don't have the balls!
>>43728 They don't it's there to take the piss out of rednecks that think new york is a cesspit of jews.

Episode 5 is up. Lots of big developments. Also, the crew behind the show are already working on pitching a season 2, and given how well it's performing on Max, there's a smidgen of a chance it could be greenlit.
>>43923 The turtle poop is the obvious key element he should've thought of to begin with. I do like how the DEA agents aren't actually malicious & they're just trying to do their job without corrupt malice like the mercenaries. From here on, there's a potential to explore the side effects of the mushrooms. I've read one theory is they may mentally connect people into a hivemind in exchange for healing people.
Where's the new episode?
>>44402 I'm glad it's succeeded enough or at least got greenlit initially for a second season. Though they'll really have to make it more complex to keep it going.
>>44151 Being the idiot I am , I got a job which is why I abruptly stopped encoding and uploading, given I was wagecucking. However given recent habbenings, I'll get around to uploading the rest of the season, because I really want to show off that 8chan can be a freaking streaming service on the cheap to the newfags.

>>44822 Cheers lad
>>44822 From the wage cage to another cage. I had to go pirate the episodes myself to watch the show without you! Maybe see if you can compress the episode files down to post multiple at once. Still I seriously appreciate you for introducing me to this show.
Fucking loved it. Hadn't heard about it until a friend posted it because he know I like shit like that and I instantly knew it must be the Scavengers Reign team when I watched the trailer. Maybe for the better that I learned about this a bit later because it was fun as fuck to marathon seven episodes at once. Can't really complain about anything, most of the characters are great and Marshal in particular is a very rare case of a genuinely good guy who is likeable and not boring. The last episode in particular was a trip. What a great way to end the first season. Looking forward to the next. Also this is probably cheap but the insert song scenes made me emotional. Even the Enya one and I usually don't like her stuff. The Rednecks and the feds where the big surprises to me. I loved them.
>>43478 They always do this, it's why the Transformers movie didn't do as well as it could. They marketed it as crappy Pixar comedy so nobody wanted to watch it (and the Pixar fags stick to Pixar). It was word of the mouth that made people go. Even in my country (not anglo) I heard people in the cinema say that the trailer was to blame for it. I don't know why they're so eager to advertise everything as cheap comedic copy of different cheap comedy series instead of just telling people what it actually is. Even if it DID attract a billion people expecting a family guy clone or something they would dislike it the moment they realise it's something else, so they won't manage to attract any of the potential audiences.
