Roosterteeth Funeral Thread Anonymous 11/07/2020 (Sat) 21:13:04 No. 7098
Little bit of /v/ and a little bit of /co/, either way the dead horse is burning. So take your bets on when the final death blow is dealt. Because the dream is long dead Update: 6 feet under. https://archive.md/VVWdS

What went wrong with them now, anon?
>>7102 From what I understand a guy got fired for shitty reasons and now people are quitting en masse
(237.00 KB 480x484 my_life.mp4)

Good. Didn't they go WOKE or something?
>>7104 They fired someone for shitty reasons? Tell me more! Last I heard of this clusterfuck of a company two guys left because they were caught sending dick pics to people they thought were underage girls, one of them going so far as to comply with the scammer's request to buy a giant dildo and shove it up his ass while taking a photo of it.

>>7118 >sending dick pics to people they thought were underage girls Only one of them >one of them going so far as to comply with the scammer's request to buy a giant dildo and shove it up his ass while taking a photo of it. I'll miss that one guy in the foreground
>>7105 They made a hard left turn and are currently nuking their content so they wont get axed by Warner.

>>7098 I dropped off from RT after RWBY hit. No idea how it got so popular. It had awful animation and worse writing. I mostly lost interest after RvB was pushed to the side. But RWBY just killed it for me.
>>7098 They honestly should've stopped when they killed off Church for the second time.
>>7140 RWBY had good fight scenes from an e-celeb. And that was it. The e-celeb was an amateur and insisted on using amateur tools, which is why the animation sucked: it allowed _him_ to make the good fight scenes. The writing was done by people who had never done any script writing before. It wasn't supposed to matter, because it was only there to glue together the fight scenes. And then the e-celeb's also e-celeb, cam-whore trophy girlfriend killed him with her cats.
(16.21 MB 640x360 Red Trailer.mp4)

>>7285 >an amateur and insisted on using amateur tools, which is why the animation sucked I disagree, it's not the tools, but the user/artist that matters, and the proof is in the fact that when they went to a "professional" tool like Maya with Volume 4, the animation got worse. Sure the models looked better, and it had better lighting overall, but the animation was stiff and sometimes non-existing. There are also plenty of great animations done in Blender, even if it's not an industry standard tool, so it's really not the program that matters, but how you use it. Monty knew how to use, whatever he used, and made some cool fight scenes. Furthermore, while it is true that he was an amateur, as he did not have an arts degree, nor did he take animation courses at University, as he was self-taught, he did have some talent and could make some good fight scenes, so I hope you are not using "amateur" as a derogatory term, since all drawfags here are probably all amateurs as well. >And that was it. I liked the music, especially during fight scenes, and it's the only thing that is still somewhat good even with modern RWBY. With all that said, was RWBY a good show? No. Was it overall well animated? No, they had to cut a lot of corners, especially in Volume 1, but the fights were well animated, and that is what matters. Did it have potential to be a good show? Maybe, I think every bad show/movie/book had the potential to be good, so that's not saying much.
>>7285 Dont forget Omi plagiarized touhou mmd models too.
>>7299 No, I don't mean amateur as a derogatory term, just that it didn't fit into the corporate animation assembly line that it was supposed to drive. The thing is, all those University-educated animators that they hired to do everything but the fights could barely animate to begin with, and were thus worse when using an unfamiliar tool, and a tool that they were resistant to using (because it doesn't benefit their resumes). It's really hard to separate the music from the fight scenes. Monty was a dancer. He knew how to choreograph motion to sound. They're a packaged pair. He also knew when to ignore the laws of physics to produce a visually appealing action, something that can't be trained in a formal environment.

The nu-season of RvB came out, any body watch it? If so how terrible is it?
>>7763 I haven't watched the show since Season 14 (2016). Caught episodes of season 15 and 16 later on and things really went downhill.
>>7764 Other than some specific episodes the Chorus arch was the start of the series going straight to the dumpster.
>>7763 Is there any point? It doesn't feature the original characters.

>>7098 >Because the dream is long dead No, that's because it wasn't really much of a dream to begin with. I mean I grew up when Machinima used to mean machinima, and not some defective youtube scam. And let's honest was Red vs. Blue as it first came really any good? Or even funny? Would any of it's actual vidya humor even stand up to the greatest shitposts ever placed online from any chanboard? You know in your heart it's true that R vs. B was just your typical Austin hipster shit joint. Maybe vaguely seeking old school Funhaus run through the glory years of old demo disks was kinda charming. But when you live in an era where items like demo disks have all but faded from site and all that's left is hipstery shit from itch.io that ain't even games, and flash just ain't going to be around none of the earnest charm that made whatever Roosterteeth was going to be gone faster than a black woman's virginity on Epstein Island, with no refunds for your time. But let's be real here that garage band feeling can't exist in an era where all the best dives got gentrified and faggots moved in and made it impossible for you afford living in the neighborhood. And then replacing said neighborhood with no smoking signs out the wazoo, and bars where the minimum drink cost is like 50$ just to hang, in a shitty looking building with no windows. And because the HALO babby's first FPS + MAH FIRST LORE BRAH schtick was dying because the hype was fading, the guys running rooster teeth wanted that mystical GOLDEN TICKET (tm) where they could rake in the venture capital to expand their fake "community" and try to become a real studio, rather than low budget shit posty dudes. Problem as one anon pointed out, they expanded but didn't grasp that you need to train and retain talent. And having Monty Oum murdered didn't help. But that Golden ticket came with a massive caveat. They got their capital late in the game, and the more public they got, the more they knew their normally non PC shenanigans both on and off screen were going to cramp their ability to go MSM in the Commie Reset of the 2010's . They went woke, pissed off their old audience, and were left with their "air community" and all it took was one failed lawsuit with an english VA and the rest just kept spilling out of the skellington closet. All they had to do was not take that golden now matter how good it looked.
>>7797 >was Red vs. Blue as it first came really any good? Yeah of course or else people wouldnt be talking about it or revisiting old seasons. Everything up until the move to halo 3 was mindless dumb fun with every character being memorable in some fashion. except for Simmons.
>>7098 >RWBY on hiatus again WB should just put RT out of its misery already.

>>8960 Fucked beyond repair, well RWBY is always been a mediocre Gmod fanfiction, Monty Bum subtly stole a lot of models for profit.
(575.68 KB 896x542 What is this.png)

>>8960 I don't understand the point of this crossover considering that both IP's have been going down the drain and haven't made the slightest amount of progress in terms of sale, viewership, and loss of goodwill and critical reception due to a multitude of dumb decisions made by their respective IP owners. Who is this suppose to appeal to?

>>8960 LMAO
>>8991 >Who is this supposed to appeal to? Your average DC/RWBY fan, so the lowest common denominator. The last time I cared about RWBY was when they introduced the cat girl's mom, and that's only because I knew it would lead to boatloads of neko milf porn
>>8991 What both companies have in common is that they aren't capable of/don't want to actually appeal to what should be their audiences.
Good. Now they can stop funnelling money to Woolie, because fuck that sjw cuck nigger, fucking spending hours on his supposed video game podcast nauseating the listeners with his idiot sjw views, and constantly putting a damper on pat whenever things get slightly more spicy than mayonnaise. The sooner that organizations that sponsor sjws go out of business for good, the better.

>>9024 Why would you? There isn't much substance in the actual concept of RWBY.
>>9024 You can't.
>>9024 What's there to fix? It was mediocre when it started.
>>9024 Cancel the entire project immediately after the release of the Red trailer, there, it's fixed now. >>8994 What both companies have in common, is that they are owned by the same mega-corp, AT&T.
>>9040 Viacom owns Nick and Comedy Central, yet we still haven't seen any offical crossovers between Nicktoons and Southpark.
>>9024 Go back to making it a Saturday Morning cartoon slice-of-life and action show like the first season was shaping up to be (never even finished that first season, personally).

>>10573 I wasn't even aware that Volume 8 had already been released, and here I was thinking of using this thread to post the episodes as they get released, to discuss them with the maybe one or two other anons who would care enough about it, but turns out it's already at episode 13. I guess I will have to watch them now.
Yang dies
>>10613 now i'm laughing
>>10613 I have to see it, as I have doubts they would kill a lesbian, Weiss would be a safer bet.
>>10613 How?
>>10627 Here, have a link that contains MEGA links to all the episodes. The "Yang Dies" bit is in V8's most recent one, episode 13. Comes with Jap dub instead of local english too in case it helps https://rwbyg.com/
>>10635 I ain't watchin' that shit, but thanks. I guess.
So is this shitty Gmod series dead for good? Or did they just end another season?
>>10635 Yeah, I knew they weren't going to kill a lesbian. She just fell in a bottomless ravine, just like the entire team RWBY and Jean, who killed Penny. The still aren't able to do good action scenes, the plot is still shit, they ruined Ironwood, they made Penny into a real girl, only to kill her 2 episodes later. Can't wait for Volume 9 to bitch further about this shit.
>>10765 Has any of characters really died besides the forgotten android?
>>10774 Hazel got killed in an explosion, Penny got killed by Jaune, Vine Zeki(had to look his name up the wiki) also got killed in an explosion, and Weiss' father got killed by Ironwood. Surprisingly they didn't kill Ironwood, but I doubt they are going to give him a redemption arc. The bad guys now have both artifacts, and Weiss' sister is the new Winter maiden. The show is still shit, only reason to watch it, is to see just how shit it is.

New season when? >>7105 I mean there are a lot of aspects of the EU;SSR I actually really like such as freedom of movement of people and goods between member states and Schengen states along with their strict internet privacy laws and yeah while many EU member states gun ownership laws aren't ideal exluding Malta and the Czech Republic they're still better than the likes of Anglostan/UK, also funny enough the EU constantly bothers Romania to change their gun laws which are basically just a carbon copy of what they had back when they were ruled by the Soviet Union so they aren't that bad. My problem stems from when the Fagguettes or Germany pushes their particular gay ass laws unto the member states, the fact that Greece is allowed to fuck everyone up financially, or when you have annoying little shits like Claude Juncker, Macron, or Merkel try and create an EU army despite being one VERY unpopular and two was promised since it's inception would never happen and for good reason. Also I don't particularly agree with that one crazy half Jewish half Japanese dude (Kalergi is his name, had to look it up ) that Europe should be forcefully homogenized into some bizarre knock off new Egyptian race because that's fucking insane and I by no means consider myself an Ethno-Nat either as a lean more towards Minarchist Libertarianism.
>>10613 Ehh I'm sure they're all just in some weird dimension and Yangs mother will save them then teach them about portals an sheeit and they'll all get a portal gun that opens two convenient portals that allow them to run through walls and shit for parkour maneuvers that they'll use to fight a rouge AI that Ironwood will unleash to spite Salem and those he was betrayed by which of course backfires once the AI learns to take amusement in various 'experiments' causing it to become vindictive towards all human, faunus, and grim alike.

Gaddafi had his charms though, to bad the country is just ruins and open slave markets now. But yeah that's just the way it is in America unfortunatley, Leftist think criticism of Islam is only ever raycis because Muslims are apparently an ethnic group now and Neocons and American Evangelicals think all Arabs practice Islam and are barely aware that there's a dozen different sects. >>18580 >but can't remember why The answer is simple, and sadly for most kids loud noises == funny, so every time he creamed in a high pitched voice, that was "comedy". I don't have any science to back this up, so take it with a large pinch of salt, we do know that loud noises can startle people, so they are used in horror a lot(and they are called cheap scares as a result). Humor can come from the clever and unexpected punchline of a joke, but what if we can associate an unexpected thing with funny, so when the loud noise starts, the viewer gets startled a bit, which is unexpected and this triggers his laugh response? Of course this is just a theory, but it would explain why loud can be considered "funny", but just like with scare tactics, it's just a cheap laugh. Kids also believe that swear words == funny, which is part of the reason why AVGN was so popular, but at least he got creative with the swear words and you could also laugh at how absurd those games were, maybe this is why I still think his older videos are better than NC's older ones. t. watched both
>>18583 AVGN was funny because he was expressing what it was like to play video games. My favorite example is Spider-Man. It's not funny because it's Spider-Man, it's funny because Spider-Man is used as an excuse to express what it's like to play single player video games with a friend. Or the Ghostbusters episode. It's not funny because it's Ghostbusters. It's funny because it presents the experience of being baffled by licensed games that don't make any sense, and being burned over and over as you keep thinking that maybe this next game based on a great movie will actually be good. Rolfe long ago forgot what the actual appeal of his series was, which was his slight exaggeration of relatable experiences, not necessarily the actual critiques, and definitely not elaborate costumed setpieces that parody the games or movies. Either he forgot this, or never consciously realized this, or just the fat slobs he hired never understood it in the first place. Or the people they plagiarize their scripts from didn't realize it.
>>18583 >creamed in a high pitched voice What an unfortunate typo.
>>18591 Or fortunate, because it's accurate enough that it doesn't even look like a typo.
RWBY stopped being cute and inoffensive at V3. More or less everything super bad about the show started there (even though there were even earlier problems like the faunus and Jaune) A lot of the bad writing in the show really roots in how they never figured out how to transition from being a bunch of schoolgirls taking on mobsters and furry terrorists to wandering warriors taking on gurl Satan/Sauron and what I think is supposed to be Robo Hitler (Ironwood). They extended the plot/world way too much for their ability to show it. it's what gets you shit like Ironwood's men being supposedly some of the top huntsmen around being steamrolled by RWBY since they more or less made the protags some of the strongest forces alive but there was never a credible change so it falls apart. In comparison something like Hunter X Hunter does far better at showing the protags pushed to their limits to beat men like the the Spiders or Chimera Ants. Another problem is how the show has way too many characters without any signs of stopping yet at the same time they struggle to make Ruby and Co. relevant to the shadow war between Ozpin and Salem. When you look at just the protagonists alone you have a whooping 7 (RWBY, JNR, Oscar/Ozpin) and even more if you include Qrow. Looking at the latest arc, Oscarpin and Jaune with his team were really the stars of the show since they got key moments like confronting Ironwood or nuking Salem or talking with Hazel. Did we even need the Ace-Ops when we could've just had Winter and FNKI there? >>10492 >is a tumblrite who got triggered >unironically calling himself a schizoid and make himself sound interesting for being a reject/gamma >wouldn't be surprised if show apologist >>10627 Yang is as ghey as Korra was before Asami happened (so not really except the showrunners realized they can make shipper bucks). >>12264 They obviously knew about Vic's conduct at cons long before le accusations happened and did nothing about it. He just got chased out for his politics (being a Republican, being an open Christian). >>16634 All the good Scots migrated out. Leaving only the eternally butthurt.
Of course: No one pointed out the perhaps biggest problem of RWBY which is that it's ultimately a female centric power fantasy applied to a shonen world/plot. RWBY has all the markings of a female power fantasy story (DEMs galore, protags being easily adored, protagonists being reactive with having other namely male characters fixing stuff for them, enemies are either talked down or are ineffectual). This does not fit for a shonen or any other story made with male centric fantasies in mind.
>>18609 I think part of the problem is how the show's been presented as well. In the first three volumes, the episodes were shorter, so they tried to squeeze what they could into the time they had. Being a bunch of amateurs, they probably thought they didn't need to do too much world building (at least until they made World of Remnant but even then it felt like an afterthought). By Vol. 4, the show had become popular enough that they had the cash to change engines and extend the episode length. And with that, they got the ability to add all that exposition they lacked in the previous volumes but they were playing catch up and since the foundation was shit, the new stuff was ass too. On top of that, they don't know how to use the episode/volume length to their advantage, which is why you get Ruby and her cronies sitting around drinking tea or doing jack shit while Atlas is getting fucked by grimm.
>>18612 >ultimately a female centric power fantasy applied to a shonen world/plot. That's not necessarily true when Japan pumps out similar concepts yearly. Heck there's even western examples that are less serialized but still shares similar elements. The people behind Rwby aren't good writers outside of the wisecrack comedy of red vs blue. Made even worse when Monty was murdered.

>>7120 >>7104 >>7118 Some Jack from AH was fucking fat, ugly 17yos in cons. From Funhaus: >WB was pressuring them to produce more content for the algorithm, from 1 to 2 videos a day, which made Spoony, Joel and eventually Bruce leave. >Suits didn't give a promotion to Lawrence and also forced the channel to be more woke and PC because of complaints so he leaves. >Adam was sexting a catfish and cheating on his wife, but he took pictures in the workplace so they fired him. >They probably could've solved it as friends but apparently there were growing fisures in the group between Adam and the rest in the last years, especially with Lawrence and Rahul, also it is likely RT pressured the Willems to cancel Adam publicly. >Only the Willems are left from the original group, and RT is pressuring on them becoming more woke. >Bruce and Lawrence now have twitch channels and earn almost double of what they used to and sometimes they play together. >The Willems are slowly making strides on twitch preparing for when their contract ends. We could possibly see them reunited in Twitch but the fun of Inside Gaming/Funhaus was compressed videos of hilarity busy people could watch. I'm not planning on watching a 3 hour stream. If it's any consolation, at least Adam was smart for disappearing from the internet for almost a year now. Jack tried to come back with a twitch channel despite his accusations being actual crimes.
>>18675 Another issue of the Twitch format is that Bruce is actually a libtard, though he was still not above edgy jokes, but in the Youtube video format all we saw and he made was the comedy. In live streaming he can be as libtard and unfunny as he wants.
>>18676 Sorry for samefagging. But about the accusations, TL;DR: The guy from Achievement Hunter was sexting fans, some of them minors and even fucked them in conventions. Adam form Funhaus is the one who shoved a dildo up his ass and cheated on his wife with a catfish, but he never actually perved on a minor nor did he thought he was texting with a minor.
>>18672 So, history lesson: The first three volumes were created the way they were because that was the tool that the director wanted to use to make the show. And, the director wanted to use that tool because he was familiar with it, and it had uniform rigging for all the characters. The animators hated it, though, because it wasn't an industry standard tool, and thus didn't improve their resumes. The first three seasons were duct-taping together the director's cool-ass fight scenes (he had a few proteges, but they all left by season four). And the director died in the middle of the third season (his trophy wife insisted on owning cats despite him being allergic). On top of that, the writers are pretty inexperienced. While I believe that amateur writers can put on a good show: between the low quality needed for those first three seasons (because they had cool fight scenes) and the overall success of the show, the writers believe that they are better writers than they are. The show's success has left them on "Mount Stupid" of the Dunning-Kruger effect, and impedes them leaving.
>>18672 Sure the worldbuilding is bad. And a lot of it roots in the show's leftism. The whole Ironmeme arc reflects this. Both in that Ironwood didn't act like an Actual Existing Fascist (not cowing the SDC, not working harder to curb subversives be they Commies or BLM but furries) and nothing about Mantle holding under scrutiny (namely that somehow fixing walls was Ironwood's job and not a mayor or council). Even Ironwood being a "dictator" is lolworthy since: A. It's canon that Ozpin ruled as a god-king and forced the world to be woke (muh slavery, muh democracy) and made huntsmen (who are more or less above the law. It's also canon he still operates a global conspiracy that has no problem impacting countries around the world and has no noted checks on his power. Despite all that nobody complains about how he ruled and still rules from the shadows but just that he lied about the immortal witch who commands the eternal monsters and the protags demand to be in on the conspiracy and do his tactics (aka Leftist hypocrisy). B. Huntsmen are not accountable to anything outside of Ozpin's academies and are rootless. The plot is just a giant morality play shilling rainbow imperialism/woke globalism as noted on Twitter. >>18673 Name examples to the contrary that aren't just magical girl shit (which in many cases counts) or just stories that write women as men with tits/domineering cunts like Korra. Something like the OG Terminator can have a female protagonist since it tries to be believable on female behavior and how they need to guarded by men and has Sarah Connor be important from birthing John Connor (something that the endless sequels ignored since Cameron is ultimately just a rich gamma male who wants to be a woman), something like Charlie's Angels has one since it's over the top, and something like Battle Angel Alita has one from being a robot. RWBY follows many of the same rules as female centric stories. Even if you chalk it all up to bad writing that doesn't change that RWBY was made to begin with from Monty just wanting to make a non-copyright infringement Dead Fantasy. If anything, it shows that the show was doomed when it started trying to be more than that and cunts like Yang's VA became louder and RT's leftism became more in line with orthodoxy.
>>18699 >>18701 My biggest gripe with the whole IronHitler meme was that they wanted to do a "Hero's Downfall" as well as a "He's literally Hitler" story. Let's remind ourselves how Volume 7 started: >Ironwood gives them a warm welcome into his academy >He invites them in his private office and tells them his entire plan >He lets them keep the artifact and even tells them were his artifact is >He lets them use his advanced training facility and allows them to train with his best combat soldiers >He makes them official Hunters and Huntresses(something they were not, since they never finished school) >He is constantly polite and trusts them completely >All he asks is that they are honest with him, and keep secret thing a secret <Ruby decides to lie to him about the amount of wishes <She lies to him about what they learned about Salem/Oz <Yang and the Fury both tell Ironwood's secret plan to his political adversary <They never trust him and are shocked to discover that when he learns all that they did behind his back, that he would take away the artifact from them >Ironwood shoots Oscar Then the writers found out, that the audience sympathized to much to "Literally Hitler" so in Volume 8 they had him <Kill his political adversaries and anyone who opposed him <Threatened to bomb his city, jsut to get a robot <After Salem got incapacitated, after one of her henchmen turned good, they needed a villain so they used Ironwood <He does everything he can to stop Team RWBY from saving as many lives as possible, because he is evil? <Ends up getting one shot, by his trusted subordinate, Winter All I can say is that it didn't work.
>>18702 A lot of that is just down to how the showrunners have no ability to write a credible antagonist even when they aren't trying to portray enemies of their worldview. Both Salem and Cinder are shitty villains when the plot doesn't work in their favor. In Ironwood's case, he had the same problem as the First Order from Nu Star Wars where he was simultaneously standing in for "the elite" (who somehow aren't da heroes) who ruled all that matters yet at the same time was also a pathetic incel weak white boy. A key part of leftoidism in all versions is insisting that everyone who opposes you is beneath you yet they have power over you. Hence White Man is both bitter clinger incel and also le monopoly man. Ironwood is repeatedly shown to be a joke of a ruler who gets bitched at by RWBY's George Soros (Ozpin), Him even not only trusting Ozpin's posse to hold the lamp to themselves and telling about his motherland's one even though they would obviously not have Atlas' interests first reflects how big of a cuck he is. >Winter Winter was never good and was always just a cheap wish character (protags' cooler and stronger big sister who gets to slap her around). Her becoming more or less current year elite feminism is no surprise.
>>18703 > A key part of leftoidism in all versions is insisting that everyone who opposes you is beneath you yet they have power over you. Hence White Man is both bitter clinger incel and also le monopoly man. You know what's funny about this (not like, "ha ha" funny, but, I want to give myself a Glasgow smile funny). These people are always going on about Fascist and fighting Fascism. And, yet, here is a portion of a definition of Fascism: < Fascist societies rhetorically cast their enemies as "at the same time too strong and too weak." On the one hand, fascists play up the power of certain disfavored elites to encourage in their followers a sense of grievance and humiliation. On the other hand, fascist leaders point to the decadence of those elites as proof of their ultimate feebleness in the face of an overwhelming popular will.
>>18707 The big thing there is that, in the Fascist system of Socialism, big business was co-opted rather than cowed. For Conservatives, Fascism presented as a Socialism that didn't shake the boat too much, and left many rich and powerful interests rich and powerful. Except the Jews, but everyone hates the Jews. What IS the logical choice for big business and the old regime, when the choices are: < We are going to Guillotine you. > Shut up and do what we say and nothing will happen, unless you are a (((Jew))) or other untermensch.
I literally know fuck all about rwby but I always liked how this character looked.
>>18675 Also FH hired a tranny as one of the replacements.
Just spam anti-RWBY pics
>>18703 >A key part of leftoidism in all versions is insisting that everyone who opposes you is beneath you yet they have power over you. I've noticed that too. A lot. It makes for terrible fictional villains.
>>18854 Villains being too admirable/badass or not has been a problem for millenia on millenia ("Did anyone ever prefer Othello to Iago or Macbeth to his killer or even Luke to Vader?") but I don't doubt any global order has ever had such a problem with it as Current Year Globohomo. Back in the old days, progs were more willing to trick you into agreeing with them using ultimately better crafted propaganda than shit like RWBY like Casablanca or OG Star Wars or Mark Twain's book. Now they don't since either they want your submission over loyalty or are flexing or just acting out of eternal butthurt over getting shoved into a locker. Legit epics and war stories or even old school fantasy ala Tolkien were written under the assumption, even for progs like Elric of Melnibone's author, that "villains" like Sauron or Macbeth were misusing signs of excellence like bravery or loyalty to their own for foul or blasphemous ends. They needed to since it wouldn't be credible for them to be the threats they're supposed to be if they were just pathetic incel armies (just compare how Tolkien wrote Gollum compared to Saruman and Sauron, who were both great men led astray by misusing their abilities in defiance to Eru or putting themselves first ahead of him). Europeans praised Saladin while crusading against him with this also reflected in works like Song of Roland. It's only Disney-tier thinking which says that "agents of evil" must be totally devoid of virtues or excellence. See also "Nazis/Trump voters/Whites MUST be incels or else that shows Hitler did nothing wrong and the Jews were asking for it!' This addresses Adam Taurus and Ironwood. While Salem and Cinder are bad villains from different problems (being more or less girlbosses who twitter cunts and Hillary voters self-insert as and soylords want to be sodomized by, are characters among the wider trend of Leftoid writing appropriating the notion of salvation from a deeply Christian history and combining it with victim tiers to make it so that supervillains like Cinder and Emerald or even Hazel are still somehow either more eligible for redemption than someone like Ironwood from having vaginas/not being whyte and dying to prevent the protags from losing too hard).
>>18702 The hypocrisy is what pisses me off the most. Everyone gets buttmad at Ozpin for not telling them Salem can be killed, then in Vol. 7-8, they all go lying to Ironwood because he looked kinda scary in those electronic billboards and no one ever has a moment to realize they're doing the same shit. And then they act like Ironwood was just doomed to be evil, there was no other choice, it had to be this way. They ruined my boy and made the main cast so morally reprehensible that you can't root for them anymore. >>18817 She's got a good design both pre- and post-Vol. 3, but she's the worst character, bar none.
>>18860 >lying We went over it already they only had a problem with Ozpin enough to confront him over it from him not doing more to include them in his conspiracy (no one complained about Ozpin ruling an empire founded on worshipping him and Salem as deities or him running a global conspiracy, even Salem being immortal wasn't that big of a deal after all what with le war on Salem with muh hope). They like actual leftists are aligned with elites if not elites themselves and will always work to acquire power or at least be shielded from it. Ironwood (and Salem to a lesser level) is only really le villain from being an elite who doesn't follow Globohomo's mandates enough and/or elite conflict (see the whole "you're not uniting muh humanity right"). As that TAJackson20 twitter said RWBY's plot can be summed up as rainbow imperialism/Globohomo/globalism being attacked by patriarchy/le nationalism/white supremacy/muh capitalists (recall how Salem and Cinder both have backstories that more or less blame the patriarchy/Whitey for them being supervillains). Atlas' destruction obviously stands for both burning down White America/Europe/Western Civilization to make a more inclusive universe and also "regime change" as inflicted on a land like Libya. >Cinder Her design is bad outside of the Monty episodes and especially the one in that pic.
>>18861 >recall how Salem and Cinder both have backstories that more or less blame the patriarchy/Whitey for them being supervillains Cinder's backstory was that she was abused by a matriarchy, a racist one, sure, but Cinder wasn't black a fauna so they didn't mistreat her for that. A male, almost a father figure was the one who taught her how to defend herself and properly fight so that once she became an adult, she could leave her abusive adoptive mother and enroll in an academy. It's been some years, since I watched Volume 6, but from what I remember Cinder just wanted to revive her lover, so she went to the dragon of light, he told her to go away, then she went to the dark dragon and told him, that he was her first pick, then the light dragon came in and gave the dark dragon the redpill on women, so she was thrown in the pool of darkness. None of their backstories have the patriarchy/whitey as motivation for why they became villains.
>>18863 With Cinder, it's shown she comes from a destitute background and was brought in mostly as slave labor. From that lens, it could be interpreted the mother is treating her bad because she's poor and filthy IE eat the rich. Personally, I don't think the writers put any thought into it more than "obvious Cinderella reference" because that's her entire motif.
>>18864 Why they decided to go all in on the Cinderella motif with Cinder's backstory (outside of the dark twist ending) is a mystery. They have several characters that only embody the base aesthetic ideas of the characters they're meant to represent yet with Cinder they did the opposite. It's not like her backstory even adds to her character, she's still a poorly written villain who should've died several volumes ago.

Crossing over with /v/, any opinions on team RWBY's appearance in Cross Tag Battle?
>>20531 I heard some people disliked the inclusion because they thought an Arc-Sys crossover fighter should have had Guilty Gear instead of RWBY cameos.
>>20544 (sweet dubs) I can't help but think RWBY could be half-decent as a spectacle fighter in the vein of DMC or Revengeance.
>>20546 RWBY was made since Monty wanted to make his own Dead Fantasy. He had no actual ability in making a plot or making a setting. Hence him making the real bad decision to have a civil rights ninja catgirls subplot since he wanted Blake to have cat ears and making RWBY (if only as a team) already able to fight on par with elite huntsmen like Glynda. >>19857 >TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS WRONGS FTFY
>>20567 Yeah, get could do fights, character and weapon designs and maybe a setting of what a scene could be. But the actual world building in character dynamics is sorely lacking. I gave up at the end of S3 and that seems to have been the right choice.
Season 1-2 weren't anything special it's just V3 was worse. V3 was what did: >Had Ruby nuke Cinder in battle and then avoid telling significant enough info for said power until some old beaner is there seasons later only for Ruby to not just nuke Cinder again in the latestseason >Introduced the Maidens who are obviously a shit excuse to draw out the plot and give lazy power-ups especially when the show doesn't give them anything more impressive offensively than bitches like Nora >made Jaune have more of a rivalry with Cinder than Ruby >had the catgirl black panthers/IRA side with supervillains who unleash eternal man hunting monsters on their own city >Had the opportunist criminal fight alongside Cinder instead of just letting Ironwood grab her and skipping town >had Penny die and Yang framed both of which don't really matter in the wider world >tournament arc with no significance in the wider world >Glynda and Ozpin being absent when Yang gets framed >Pyrrha charges in alone instead of calling for backup >make it obvious the show will have an overly large cast what with Team NIG never doing anything important in Atlas >World of Remnant tells us the bad setting (spoilers it reveals that RWBY is about how capitalism/Whites/White Men/Men are stopping Luxury Space Communism/Woke Primal Land from happening and that it's up to international killers who totally aren't elites to defeat the White Man). Mind you much of this was made even worse is later volumes like Ozpin having a nuke cane he never used before or Pyrrha's death's awkward treatment in the plot. The takeaway is that RWBY was never good was doomed to never be good and like Life is Strange is just another example of how the Left has stopped making non-shit propaganda insofar it's both badly written and exposes their reality.
You can tell how bad RWBY's setting is by how there too many kingdoms. Most of them can just be cities/districts in one kingdom under King Oz or whatever with the faunus subhumans from outside of it. It's babbies' first worldbuilding to not include more in your story than is needed. This is best reflected by how Atlas being destroyed didn't make it so RWBY is any closer to credibly beating Salem (Salem has the new Relic and doesn't need any of her ex minions anymore she can just use it to burn every major city/settlement down and Cinder can fend off Winter) and the whole arc was transparently a psy-op (regime change, Antifa, anti-White/Western, revolt against your bloodline and race to join Globohomo's warriors).
RWBY also has a bloated cast. We have two criminals with illusion/shapeshifting themes (ice cream girl and nigger thief), Ironwood's band of losers and Team NIGGA, all of Jaune's team with God Shota. You could can one or two of RWBY itself come to think of it, especially when Jaune and Ozcar keep hijacking the plot (killing robo girl and confronting Ironwood and getting Salem's minions to turn and nuking her army). Having large casts only work if the premise needs one. RWBY is not about globetrotting like HxH nor is it about politics between lands with one family caught in the middle.
>>20657 >You could can one or two of RWBY itself come to think of it I think the makers of Cross Tag arrived at the sae conclusion, since for the longest time only Ruby and Weiss were playable.
>>20657 The large cast wouldn't be a problem if there was a clear delineation between the more important characters and the ones who should be in the background. Ren is not a bad character but making his backstory and fight with the grimm that killed his parents the focus of a volume was a stupid thing to do since he's not really an important character. And if they didn't create new ones to be the partial focus of a volume only to then get shoved out of the way when the plot moves on (Ilia, Maria, Pietro), that would also help.
>>20665 Except Ruby herself isn't relevant once you ignore the silver eyes and her forced rivalry with bloating the plot. Jaune was always like this . She's just doing everything Ozpin wants or approves of. >>20667 No. Ruby doesn't need a large cast since it's not a video game nor did they bother to keep the setting open enough for it. In FMA we don't see other countries than Amestris and Xerxes since the story has nothing to do with them. In HxH the world is shown early enough as being far bigger than the island even before the Dark Continent is revealed. RWBY V4 happens with all the big players (Ozpin, Salem, Ironwood, Adam, Jacques, their minions) mostly revealed besides the gods (who shouldn't be in there either). Despite that we get a glorified way to stall out the plot post-Beacon with nothing really happening (not even killing Cinder since she survives) until the team's traveling with Ozpin who despite running a global conspiracy and helping Salem conquer the world they only start yelling when he didn't do enough to include them in his conspiracy. And from then onward they continue to do what Ozpin wants (even aiding in Atlas' destruction since it was the only country with any notable opposition to his conspiracy's societal engineering). Ren and the rest of Team SELFINSERT are more or less another full set of protagonists. Jaune has been bloating out the plot. Since his intro (complete with a shitty bullying subplot) that's happened. It's even worse with Oscar who has done more damage against Salem in Atlas than Ruby has. Part of what makes it so bad is that RWBY has no real relevance in the Salem and Oz War outside of being Ozpin's pawns. Ilia was there for the shitty Civil Rights Catgirl subplot which shouldn't have happened to begin with (Adam was never good). The Silver Eyes are a lazy way to make Ruby special and it's no surprise that they made a Beaner just for that. Also, considering how much Leftism traces back to Gnosticism and associated theologies/cults/movements/conspiracies you can be sure that the final will be "muh gods are mean" (neverending rage against the father).
>>20672 What do the silver eyes do again?
>>20674 They turn Grim into stone, so I guess theoretically they could also be used to turn Salem into stone, and that's why she hunts them down.

>>22816 >>22818 I can't remember the source, but there was one jewtube video shitting on RWBY, that mentioned an article about how it's very hard to write a team of four members that's interesting and engaging. With a duo, it's very easy, you make them somewhat opposites and have them complement each other, with a trio you can easily do the Spock-McCoy-Kirk route(one is logical, one is emotional, one balances the other two), but with four members it's much harder, as you need to have all four of them unique, but also complement each other, while also providing an interesting dynamic. I guess the most famous example of a 4-man team are the Fantastic Four, so it can work, it's just harder. Not sure why five would be easier than four, though. Now that I think about it, JoJo never really had a cast of four members, instead it went with 5 for part 3, 6 for part 5, 3-6 for part 6, and 3+ for part 4 Basically, you need a good writer to make a four-man team work, and RWBY had shit writers from day one.
>>22831 Even looking at other anime you can see it One Piece, Luffy is the main character but there are eight other Strawhats besides him Bleach, Ichigo is the main character but he has Orihime, Chad, Uryuu, and Rukia backing him up, so five people. Naruto, Sasuke is the main character but for some reason we mostly focus on some blond guy. so that's two. Demon Slayer technically has a group of four, seeing as you have Tanjuro, his imouto, boar man, and the simp. But since Nezuko doesn't contribute very often, and more often then not they have one of the other head honcho demon slayers with them, you could argue it's a group of between 3-5
>>22831 >I guess the most famous example of a 4-man team are the Fantastic Four, so it can work, it's just harder. There's also Stargate SG1 and Atlantis.
>>22831 >ting dynamic. I guess the most famous example of a 4-man team are the Fantastic Four, so it can work, it's just harder. Not sure why five would be easier than four, though. >>22831 >with a trio you can easily do the Spock-McCoy-Kirk route(one is logical, one is emotional, one balances the other two), You could also do the Luke/Obi-Wan/Han trio. One is a newcomer that serves as a viewpoint, one is the optimistic paragon that exemplifies the world/group he's from, and the third is someone that's iconoclast to the world with a more sour world view.
>>22830 I fucking hate #MaybeJustMaybe, and so I was shitting on #MaybeJustMaybe. However, if seeing #MaybeJustMaybe triggers you so much, then perhaps #MaybeJustMaybe imageboards are too much for you.
>>22831 >Fantastic Four The Fantastic Four is team-based capeshit. It and other superheroes in teams are more or less soap operas about the banter and infighting with their problems dealing with outsiders or are in practice speculative fiction merged with other genres. The comic is either about the team with other characters only present to interact with the team or about them dealing with the world they explore. RWBY does neither really. >>22834 Those are all either following the footsteps of Dragon Ball (which was derived from Journey to the West and Hong Kong martial arts centric films) or aren't really about the main characters but rather the worlds they're in and how they react to it/engage with it. In JttW, the Monkey King travels around the world facing challenges and acquires a team of followers. One Piece has Lucy's crew sail around the world meeting wacky characters and strange places. Naruto goes around ninjaworld. In Bleach, Ichigo gets dragged into Soul Society and spends much of it trying to take on either local powers or outside forces subverting it. >>22836 Stargate is speculative fiction doubling as a war centered story. The crew goes around to different planets and interacting with the locals and fixing stuff and fighting the villains. RWBY isn't. >>22846 This isn't cuckchannel.
Examples of animu with 4 men teams are both by Togashi. They are YuYu Hakusho and Hunter X Hunter. The sets are Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama, Hiei and Gon (who's supposed to be a reimagined Son Goku), Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio with other characters like Botan important to them but not protags. The two have some overlap (Kuwabara and Leorio being everymen for example). In both works, the head among the team is a newbie who needs needs to be introduced to all the demons and nen. Hence he either has an assistant/mentor/boss telling him info or gets paired with teammates who know more about that kinda thing. RWBY already starts off bad here since there's no indication that Ruby lacks knowledge on stuff like aura so they had to force in Jaune as a lazy audience surrogate (who transparently ends up as Miles' self-insert) who gets Gurl Achilles even though he has no real appealing traits to higher quality (not fat in the wrong places, not a notable social media user/redditor or a druggie/alcholic or otherwise showing behavioral problems) women (he's not dominant among other men if only from being respected, he's not notably strong or skilled at fighting, he cheated his way in, he's not a cunning planner or knowledgeable even if they later try to push that angle with him). In both works, once the team is settled they're all in it against whatever threats they're up against (Four Saint Beasts, Sensui's posse, 4 Kings for Team Urameshi and the Spiders with the Ants for Team Gon) with no long stretches of time seperating the team to focus on stuff that either has no actual relevance to the team (see the White Fang and how Blake needed a whole arc away to finish it) or needs the other team members away. 3 of Yusuke's team were heirs to the demons' rulers so of course each one had to confront said ruler in his own way, it was established soon enough that Gon's team all had their own stuff going on before teaming up with staying in a team making things easier to achieve (Gon finding his father, Killua escaping his family, Kurapika avenging his family, Leorio becoming a doctor). Killua's situation with his family isn't that he has to seperate from Gon to talk with his family, the team quickly enough becomes enemies to the Spiders so Kurapika can get his revenge within an arc where the rest of his team are on the same continent. Another big difference is that in both there's well defined gaps among demons/hunters with the heroes strong enough but needing to get stronger in one way or another. In RWBY huntsmen who aren't the protagonists, associated friends/family/mentors like Qrow, or villians are jobbers (see some of Salem's goons killing off a significant amount of a country's supply of hunters) and even so called elites like Ironloser's band of losers have laughable showings (so laughable that the showrunners need to give excuses in commentary/other out of show sources), RWBY as a team is already able to compete with huntsmen like Glynda soon enough, and overall there's no solid challenges for the heroes that can show they're growing (especially when Ruby has no real character arc unless you count doubling down on muh adults suck and frankly has no real background for her to be the messiah, Weiss and Blake and Yang all finished their arcs already and now do nothing but follow Ruby). Also just read Soul Eater if you wanna see a non-shitty RWBY. It's embarssingly obvious that Monty and Co. (what a hack Monty was) ripped it off for the early setting and team gimmick alongside FF7/FF8.

>>22847 >RWBY does neither really. >RWBY isn't. Sure, but it could have done, even in the context of the universe we already have. It could have been a monster of the week stuff, like capeshit, in which RWBY has to deal with petty crimes and small crime lords as part of their training. It could also have been about the crew going around different regions of the kingdom and interacting with the locals and fixing stuff and fighting the villains. It could have been many things, the problem is that it had shit writers and shit world building from day one. Even if it was like capeshit, or Atlantis, they still needed to do a good 4-man dynamic for the team to work. >>22838 >Luke/Obi-Wan/Han trio Yeah, that is also one that can work, though the Star Wars team had other members, like C3PO + R2D2, Chewbacca which technically is a character and not just an extension of Han, and princess Leia. >>22870 I haven't watched HxH, and only seen YYH whenever I caught it on TV, but from what I remember in YYH, they almost never thought as a 4-man team. In the arc preceding the tournament arc, they did the fights in rotation, in the tournament arc they did solo fights, after that with those gimmicky new characters, they still did fights one on one. I am sure there were fights where all four of them had to co-operate at the same time, but from what I remember it was mostly 1v1. In my opinion for a four-man team to properly work, they should be able to do most of their fights as a team, as they complement each other with their fighting styles and abilities. That one's advantages should compensate for the other's drawbacks. Also you should learn to format your posts a bit better, it was extremely hard to understand what you were saying. If I were to give an example of a good four-man team from anime(not necessarily the best one), it would be Konosuba. It works because they all have drastically different personalities and interests(one wants to be a NEET, one wants him to succeed so she can go back to heaven, one wants to blow up stuff, and one wants to get beaten by monsters). Kazuma, the leader, while being the newcomer, who needs to be taught stuff, is the sensible one and has to manage his problem children, sadly he has shit stats so he doesn't have access to OP abilities. Aqua is the lore-fag and healer(knows resurrection), but has a flat 70 IQ, brings bad luck, and will loose all their money on gambling and alcohol, so she's useless. Megumin, is the strongest wizard, but only knows one spell that she can only use once per day, after which she will be unable to move. The spell can destroy anything, but she will use it on the first target she sees, and not on the boss of the dungeon, so she's useless. Darkness is a warrior that can't hit shit with the sword(not even stationary targets), but has high HP and wants to get beaten and tortured b monsters, because she is a masochist, so she's useless. They all have different drawbacks, and some advantages, as such Kazuma has to manage all of them in a fight to properly use their abilities. There are plenty of fights were they have to work as a team, so they all get their chance to shine. One more thing, is because their personalities are so different group dynamics and banter are excellent and it's a pleasure to see them interact with each other. >inb4 Konosuba is a comedy, which RWBY isn't That's not the point, was just talking about four-man team compositions, and how they can work.
>discussing RWBY seriously psst, RWBY is shit for the same thing that makes shit like Warcraft and capeshit and much of Vidya shit: It's neither realistic enough nor does it go far enough to be unlike reality (while still being well crafted) to make something wonderous. HxH might have some problems but at least Togashi put some thought into things. Like how come nen (the setting's version of chi) isn't more known amongst the globe even though they live in a post-computer world (the hunters with government backing suppress knowledge on achieving nen to prevent societal collapse) >>22881 It's about having a place for four protagonists. Nothing about needing to gang up on one man. And plenty of stuff like in battle centric mangas (what the likes of redditors call "shonen" even though it's not a genre) has teamups in battle or making actual plans (accounting for terrain, exploiting weaknesses, dual attacks, drawing fire, etc.) against an enemy (either one in Houshin Engi, FMA, JoJo, Soul Eater, Fairy Tale, Naruto, even Dragon Ball). Doesn't make it good (especially when fights like Adam's sendoff and Iron Castrato's need to have the villain nerf himself like not properly using his available scabbard firearm or just using one big gun).
>>22883 >Nothing about needing to gang up on one man If that man is ten times stronger than the individual member, then they should gang up on him. What if the enemy is some giant monster or mech, then it does make sense for all four of them to gang up on it. This is more of a preference, but I like it more when all members of the team actively contribute in the fight, directly or indirectly, instead of just doing the battles in rotation, like plenty of battle centric mangas. I am not saying that they must always fight as a team, duos or singles from time to time can keep things fresh, and even in situations, where 3 of them are fighting, it could be a distraction, so that the fourth one can sneak in and do something critical for the mission or flank the enemy. I haven't read the Fantastic Four comics, but I have seen the 90s cartoon and from what I remember they thought as a team for the most part. It wasn't that in one episode only Richard would fight, then in the next episode, only Johnny would fight, then in the next one only Susan would fight, and after a few episodes you would get a Johnny x Susan duo fight, no it was mostly all four of them directly contributing to the fight. Interesting enough, RWBY did have fights like these, such as the one against the giant bird in Volume 1, the one against the mech and Grimm invasion in Volume 2, the tournament arc in Volume 3, and a few others in later volumes, though they suffered from other problems. Compare this to say, Part 3 JoJo, it was mostly a few Jotaro solos, then a Kakyon solo, then an Abdul solo, then a few more Jotaro solos, then a Polnareff one, and so on, and after a few episodes do you get duo fights like Polnareff x Kakyon vs Hanged-Man, but they almost never directly thought against one opponent. Besides the DIO fight, I guess the closest one was Lovers, though I am sure there were a few others. I am not saying that this style is bad or inferior, just that I prefer the FF approach than the JoJo approach.
>>22870 Excellent point.
>>22887 You're totally missing the point. YYH has only 4 characters as protagonists who have distinct places who don't need to be separated most of the time (with something like Kuwabara effectively quitting the team in the end since he's the only one who's just a human). RWBY has a whooping 8 protagonists and isn't a soap opera happening around the world like GoT. This leads to repeatedly needing to separate them to get them in places the plot needs them for since the showrunners can't figure out how to have so many parts of the plot/setting have any actual relevance to the 4 team protagonists as a team or having protags be oddly less relevant than you'd expect (see Weiss who already had her arc and had stuff like crying at Ironwood done by Nora). They tried to do some lazy melodrama where the protags get muh divided in V8 (Ren talking about how they don't know what they're doing or something) but it didn't go anywhere since like capeshit it's made by those who want magical solutions ensuring nothing really bad happens (destroying an unsympathetic city none of the cast really gave a damn about doesn't count especially when there was no notable amount of civilian casualties shown on screen during Atlas getting dropped) and killing/humiliating clownish villains like Ironwood ala Capt Murica Civil War with other capeshit. Ironwood's beaten in about the same way as Thanos where he only loses or at least has his argument lose from the heroes using magic to win. RWBY is shit. like how much of the Western entertainment is shit.

(93.02 KB 610x632 5d1e988cdc86.jpg)

They've been dead for a long time. Red vs Blue became conplete garbage after S8, most of the original guys (apart from Gus) left, the webcomic stopped in 2011, Geoff got divorced, Burnie cashed out, the old forums are gone. What's remains isn't RoosterTeeth. That's already gone.
>>38919 I'm shocked seeing normalfags lament "the good old days" and it turns out they were watching Rooster Teeth in 2015 at the earliest. Red vs. Blue was legitimately funny and it's shocking they managed to build a company on it that lasted this long and even made the founder real money. But Red vs. Blue wrapped up after 5 seasons and it was fine. Going back to that well was confirmation they were out of ideas. They briefly made other, short run machinima and if their legacy was a series of (hit-or-miss) shows built around different games then they'd be remembered a lot better than "the company that tried to do everything except innovate in the field they are most famous for". That all said, I met Bernie at a convention once and he seemed like a cool dude. Don't blame him for checking out and cashing in.
>>38919 >>38920 I never actually watched their Machinima shows but I have a lot of fun memories of seeing the crew hangout and bullshit in GTA 4 & 5 and in early console Minecraft.

>>39029 The whole ship was made to pander to shipper who thought the character's Color scheme of black and yellow looked good along with the ship being named "Bumblebee" having a nice ring to it despite the characters having barely any interaction or build-up with one another outside of being in the same team. Whoever wrote and approved that craped failed to realize relationships, where people love each other, don't happen out of a vacuum. Even characters that are teased if not made clear in media at least have some build-up where they interact with each other beforehand or after showing they're a couple and those where spared between Blake & Yang. Even Ruby and Weiss have more interaction with each other and there are only small hints of them being rivals during volume 3 and beforehand being built up cause she doubts Ruby being a competent leader (she's correct considering the state of this trainwreck of a show) and is somewhat annoyed with her antics. It wasn't much but it's something.
>>39039 The writers on RWBY don't think of how to set up or the consequences of the story beats they just put it in they just do it just because they think it's neat. It's one the major reasons why the writing is so shitty. Like how monty killed the only mildly interesting character in the entire series because he thought it would be funny that a villain would be killed so anit-climatically. It only took 6 seasons to realize that was a mistake. Or the white fang bullshit, it was clearly based on a shallow 90s version of civil rights history (MLK vs Black Panther) but didn't make the activism or terrorism seem necessary, it just made the niggers furries come across as evil. Which pretty much how the real civil rights went down.
>>39039 Pandering to fans never goes well, you'd think after Homestuck and how Hussie screwed the pooch pandering to his cancerous fanbase people would know better, but they never do. >>39047 The furries have their own Ethnostate, it's basically if the Liberia resettlement plan the US had for slaves actually worked. And for the few that did stay the worst we see are a few strawman bigots like Cardin and Weiss's dad.
(145.14 KB 705x653 Tumblr script.jpg)

>>39049 What the hell happened to Homestuck anyways? >>39052 >What the hell happened to Homestuck anyway? It ended and most of its cancerous fanbase moved on to Undertale since Toby Fox did some work on Homosuck in the past.
>>39039 *Sparse not spared.

>>39061 And his Homestuck inspired music made it into Super Smash. >They all moved on It was all for nothing, same thing with Steven Universe or whatever faggotry was trending at their echochambers. >>39067 Considering (((they))) cover each other, it's not surprising.
I've heard on the grapevine that Rooster Teeth will be completely gone between May and July. Bye bye, RT. Thanks for the fun.
>>39129 >I've heard on the grapevine that Rooster Teeth will be completely gone between May and July. I hope that's true. I had hopes for this show when I recently graduated almost a decade ago hoping things would still be okay after Monty died. Then I watched the entirety of volume four and realized that's not happening especially with the fight with the Nuckelavee Grimm that sacked an entire town with a hoard of Grimm getting taken out in the first episode it was introduced on top of the fact that the stakes don't seem all that high despite what occurred in the previous volume. Makes me happy that I avoided this shit and saw what was coming ahead.
