>>17220 I'm not looking forward to it but I saw this in that thread and I felt this was the best the design was going to get based on the technical limitations they have to work with with the footage they already have done. It nearly covers all the problems I had with the face previously, the only thing I think would help is if they readd that patch of fur between the eyes to emulate the mono eye like in the concept arts but was missing in the final reveal.
>>17223 Oh, and make his nose smaller. That's really all I would ask to be adjusted as well at this point.
>>17222 >The Lion King There is 0 non-critic praise for that movie.
When does the tangle & whisper comic come out? Will someone storytime it?
>>17226 It might get leaked in a week from SDCC, but it comes out officially on July 31.
>>17225 I'm not in the loop, is it really doing that bad?
>>17228 The Lion King remake is the soulless meme incarnate. It is literally talking real-life animals, but less expressive than the Jungle Book remake.

Everything is so slow and quiet lately, nothing going on, no news, nothing.
>>17231 Yup. In some ways I kinda appreciate not being over-saturated with Sonic news, but man, makes you wonder when things are gonna start picking up again in terms of news.

>>17232 For me it's gotten to the point where I would definitely appreciate things being more eventful.

>>17233 Welp we're expected a deluge of content/announcements in 2020 so take this year as the calm before the storm.

>>17234 God, I hope we don't have to wait all the way to 2020 before things get a bit more fun. I'm gonna go crazy.

>>17235 Just be careful what you wish for, anon
Good evening, /fast/! It's Friday! What are your plans for the weekend? Anything Sonic related? I'm going to download some romhacks since it's been awhile since I've played one
>>17237 Just trying to rig my custom Sonic character models.
>>17237 I wanna draw Sonic stuff and improve on the anatomy of Sonic Worldians At least that's the plan, if I don't end up procrastinating or something
>>17237 I'm going to weep over Sonic merchandise I don't/can't have.
>>17240 In this current day and age, you could probably pay someone hefty amounts of rings to create a replica
>>17241 Not him. There's many characters I wish I could find someone to do that just wright with, Sonic ones or not. Is there any high tier Modern Amy ones you know of? I only got this Classic Amy one in my sights once I get some more funds for it, but I hate how rare she is as of late.
>>17241 I don't think we're quite there yet, and even if we were it'd be rather unfeasible. Ponyfags have it better, but even then the really good craftsmen have year-long wait lists. I don't think I've ever seen Sonic fan merchandise that you could confuse for official merch. The other day I think I saw a Sonic plush sell for 2 grand, so I don't know why the crafting side of the fanbase never grew like with MLP, specially given how old the fanbase is. The money seems to be there.

>>17244 It's clearly pic related
>>17244 IT'S PIKACHU
>>17246 In a sombrero?
(7.15 MB 1280x720 statue2.webm)

Damn, speaking of merch.
>>17248 Pretty awesome, but it costs 500 bucks.
>>17249 Not trying to be rude but what do you think it shoyld be priced at? and what would you consider worthy of a five hundred dollar price tag?
>>17249 It's funny, I would have thought with the really high cost of pretty much every product of them they'd sooner tone it down rather than even higher, specially after (if I remember correctly) they complained of low sales a couple of times.
>>17250 The price should be lower. With that much cash, I could buy literally every collectible on the sega shop.
What's the most that you've spent on a single piece of Sonic merch /sthg/? Am I the only one that's spent in the order of $700-$800 (after shipping and taxes) on a single thing? >>17252 Is there anything other than cheap novelties on the Sega shop?
>>17253 There's funko pops, some neat classic figures and two remote control cars. Oh, and don't forget the AMAZING pizza cuter.
>>17253 Damn. What did you spend that much on? And, after the dust settled, was it worth it?
(672.19 KB 1114x635 s.png)

>>17254 are you a shill >>17255 A plushie. Yes, it was completely worth it, it's brought me incalculable happiness every day since the day I got it. If I could get seconds I wouldn't think it twice I almost did and would have smashed that record by a few hundred, kek

>>17259 >incalculable joy >for something related to Sonic I think I know that feeling. It's been a very long time since I've felt that
