3d models Anonymous 04/28/2025 (Mon) 13:15:10 No. 33656
Where can I find 3d models of Sonic characters? Characters I'm looking for Sonic Shadow Rouge Amy Rose Omega Gun flying drone Gun soldier robot
>>33656 For what software? Have you checked 4/3/?
>>33656 Found this: https://www.models-resource.com/ Not really familiar with 3D modeling so I can't vouch for it, but there's some pretty good models there ripped straight from the games.
>>33656 I wish I knew how to make 3D models. I followed the YouTube donut tutorial a few times and tried the anvil tutorial years ago, but I never felt like I was making satisfying progress and I was completely lost when doing things on my own
>>33662 That site is good, assuming people bothered uploading the models you're looking for. I assume some 3D Sonic fanartists like Nibroc Rock shared their own 3D models, but I wouldn't know where to look for them
>>33658 I was thinking of converting the models to 3d printable models so anything that can be converted to STL files by Creality Slicer. So Blender files, 3ds Max files all work.
>>33656 Deviantart https://www.models-resource.com/ sketchfab >>33684 Sketchfab and Deviantart models tend to come in .blend or .fbx as a common interchangeable format
>>33662 MR is a good resource when they have the models you're looking for. There's some fanmade stuff there too. >>33665 I've heard that the donut series is a waste of time and really only teaches you Blender's UI and shortcuts. Instead of trying to figure it out on your own, maybe follow along a tutorial for something simple? >>33691 I wish MR had the character models for Sonic Speed Simulator. I guess I'll try ripping them myself later.
>>33693 >I wish MR had the character models for Sonic Speed Simulator Deviantart already has a lot of them. Maybe not all of them but there are definitely a lot. And it should be noted that not all of the models in .blend format will be rigged
>>33693 Every time I looked into it everyone was always recommending muh donut, and I followed it at least twice. And I started the anvil tutorial once, but it was too complicated for me since I barely got the hang of the donut. If you have some simple tutorials you consider good maybe I'll check them out Also I watched this video yesterday. I had no idea that path trick was a thing, that seems useful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTGHaBiwn-o
>>33703 Looks like most of the ones posted to deviantArt are in this guy's gallery. https://www.deviantart.com/fna423/gallery?q=sonic+speed+simulator You have to be logged in to download the files, though.
>>33902 You don't have a deviantart account?
