I don't know, maybe nothing will happen, or maybe it will. First of all. The Buddha had a wife at 16 then had a child later. At 29 he realized it's not for him and became ascetic. Experiencing love is natural for every human. And a mere sigil or "love ritual" is not "forcing someone" especially if you merely want to manifest the opportunity to talk. You are not intending to force her to love you and obey all your whims. You merely want her to speak to you, so you can express your feelings. That is not "violation of free will". And yes. You can also talk to her by your own volition too. No need to wait for her to make the first move, but you can meet in the middle too by making a sigil to smooth things out. You can light a candle for the Buddha or to any God or spirit too. There are love candle rituals too. Google love candle ritual or the like. There are a lot. They are extremely simple. Choose one that feels right. Love spells are one of the most common after all. Talk to her if you can't shake off the feeling. Not necessarily for the love and relationship part.
