A silver fork placed in front of me, a copper coin behind me on the left, and an iron coin behind me on the right, so that I'm sitting inside a triangle made up from his preferred metals. I then again meditated on the sigil using the printed version of Lesser Keys of Solomon, while sitting in quarter lotus position. Then I closed my eyes and placed my hands palm up under my thighs which is one of the positions from Hatha Yoga Pradipika. From there, I just stayed immobile while breathing, letting the still unclear symbolism of the sigil remain in my mind, while I let my servitor place a previously prepared contract at the front of my mind for easy viewing. At this point, a mild voice said in my mind >I accept followed by an energy discharge in the location of the iron coin, behind me on the right. It was orange/brown in energy, same as the coin. He than said "I will do this side, you do the other", indicating that I needed to work on the left side, while he'd do the right side. There were three more energy explosions on the right, making significant sound in physical reality. After this I was left to work on my own inner energy relating to the left side, the left frontal part of the head, and he also said "Focus on the left ventricle of the heart" which is symbolic for "sitra achra" or "animal nature" or "nations of the world", also "leviathan", this derived from the Tanya Rabbati. He was clearly reading my mind here, which is why he was able to use directions based on my own world of concepts. This was followed by being shown a number of symbolic images, like a hayfork pointing diagonally to the up/left, replaced with a broom, then crossed with a wooden rod, parts of his sigil morphing into different tools, to guide me in the energy transformation. The session overall was quite intense once we got to the guiding part. At one point I made several strong breakthroughs, and an inner sun object with "petals" in it, was created. During the process a conical ogre horn also appeared on my forehead at one point, he said this was the other end of the point in the upper gum where the tongue is placed in yoga. Compared to most other Goetians I've worked with, he was surprisingly mild, considering he's presented as an Earl of tempests and storms who wants men to go to war.
