>Albert: So, when we first decided on how are we gonna write Osakabehime, the split is, uh, "let's make her a weeb" and the other split is "I don't think we should go there". And then--
>Jesus: It was nothing so high-minded as that.
>Albert:(laughs) And then, the final decision when it came to, when I received the translation, the first editing pass, my decision was, ha, let's make her a weeb. So! Um, what a lot of different people have different, um, they see Osakabehime as a different person depending on how much they like the character, uh, a lot of the time when it comes to characters like this, they kind of project themselves onto the character and stuff like that. Our job is also to detach ourselves from the character from an objective point of view.
>Jesus: Which is actually is an interesting point because one of the reasons Albert brought me on board is because I'm not a long time Fate fan.
>Albert: We have half the team, is, me and the loremaster, we play, we know Fate, we play FGO from day one, we know the lore, and then, but we need someone who doesn't know the lore, who doesn't know the character, who can look this from the outside, and say, you know, objectively I think this character should be like this!
>Jesus: And of course, I mean, that's not to say I'm not now a Fate fan, Albert like strapped me to a chair (unintelligible) all that Fate everything.
>Albert: That is his first week. No kidding, his first week, he's like, "Uh, what should I do on my day one?" I'm like "Have you watched Fate/Zero? No? Finish Fate/Zero." And it's like "Oh, Albert, I finished Fate/Zero." "Did you watch Unlimited Blade Works? Go watch Unlimited Blade Works." "Okay I've finished that too!"
