Mad Island is a sandbox game with optional guro and loli/shota. You get two renamable characters, one male and one female, to swap between at wherever you camp is set. After the native chief boss, you can move your camp to just about any arbitrary location you want, and you can warp the other player-character to the camp to. There are numerous material types to make equipment with. Outfits are cosmetic, your shield and weapon matter most. You capture and recruit natives by knocking them out using male MC's grapple or either character using blunt force weapons. Then you can pick up the person and put them in a cage.
