Mad Island is a sandbox game with optional guro and loli/shota. You get two renamable characters, one male and one female, to swap between at wherever you camp is set. After the native chief boss, you can move your camp to just about any arbitrary location you want, and you can warp the other player-character to the camp to. There are numerous material types to make equipment with. Outfits are cosmetic, your shield and weapon matter most. You capture and recruit natives by knocking them out using male MC's grapple or either character using blunt force weapons. Then you can pick up the person and put them in a cage. Give them food they like and eventually they'll join you. There are also unique NPCs that require quests to acquire. You can also recruit animals and monsters, but they need a different type of cage and the food might be less accessible. Dungeons and Prisoners, a RPGmaker h-game with strong D&D influence and a focus on soft game overs that, with sufficient work and luck, the player could recover from and return to the game. Great art, fun gameplay from what I remember. The dev suffers from psoriatic arthritis that attacks his eyes and hands and seems to have largely lost his ability and passion. Dungeon Keep Her and Dungeon Raid Her are two games build in the same Unity-based framework. They share assets and may, in the future, have connections between them. Dungeon Keep Her You may pick from any race in the game with a many small things to change about your character. You can be loli/shota ("petite") but only as some races by default, like human, elf, fish. All races can have any and all traits using alchemy during gameplay, so a loli orc is easy enough. You gather research, gold, and items using the variety of rooms you build in a Dungeon Keeper style of play. Invaders are fought by any denizen of your dungeon they run into and the combat is a deck of your abilities (which you get based on weapon plus things that character has personally learned) and draw cards each turn. Some abilities draw more cards. It's pretty simple.
