I think this is the basic shape of the Familiar I'll be nabbing, trying to reference all the components well enough.

>Notes: “My Familiar is distorted dragon, with shapes vaguely evocative of a woman's form. Such shapes are predominantly hidden beneath a tangled mess of cables that seem to flow and writhe over its body, concealing most of it from view. Its wings likewise are nothing but cables bundled together and mimicking the shapes. The only part of its body in clear view at all times is its head, which is reminiscent of a dragon's except in place of flesh or scale, there's a smooth electronic display covering it in its entirety. This ‘screen’ head may still open to reveal jagged teeth.
>While the hide of my Familiar is shiny gold, the cables concealing its form are black like any regular cable. Numerous golden flowers grow from the cables as well. Due to the relatively small scale of most of the bosses used for materials and my own ‘lacking’ abilities, my familiar is roughly the size of a tiger - as compared to the Smiley Dragon which contributed the greatest amount of materials - which was many, many times larger. My Familiar is capable of speech, and will either mimic a recently heard voice, or use a synthetic woman's voice not unlike an answering machine.”
>Name: Cassiopeia
(Familiar Skills)
>Familiar Skill (1): Integrate - “The Familiar disperses and spreads itself out to integrate with the environment, transforming anything affected into extensions of its body.”
>Familiar Skill (2): Urban Mimic - “The Familiar is able to transform its body partially or fully to take shapes familiar to urban environments.”
>Familiar Skill (3): Telepathy - “The Familiar is able to read surface thoughts of targets, and broadcast its thoughts to targets around it.”
>Familiar Skill (4): Libra - “The Familiar is able to steal the luck of targets, obtaining fortune while sowing misfortune.”

Not entirely sure why I prioritized this though seeing as I don't think I'll be able to complete the Familiar till a bit later. Need to negotiate with someone who can make or obtain a specialty product that'll let me put the finishing touches on it.
The way the Jump 0 plot looks, I feel like I'm in the last few months of my contract, I've dumped my money budgeted for starting a career in dungeon diving, I've got new skills and magic, I purchased various monster materials, and now I'm trying to get the specialty product while waiting for my contract to expire. Not sure if I put this in that context document, but I'm working in a facility in a town that popped up next to a portal leading to the Soul Eater world. As such the area's pretty modernized and developed, and there's a lot of other portals in the region. Maybe I start thinking about how to actually get plot moving either with with Soul Eater cast members, or a visit to a Dungeon or Scenario portal. There was that casino concept I talked about with some people here (just Lich Anon?), but I'm not really the gambling type, personally, so an external source would need to push me that way.
Something I've been toying with the idea of is Arachnophobia making a move. When I had this world and Soul Eater linked, it would have been years before the 'plot' in that world. I think with Arachne having a way to opt out of a world under Death's surveillance, she might try to establish Arachnophobia here. She wants to ascend though, she wants to drop the world into Madness, but this world doesn't really have Madness and isn't as easy to corrupt, so she needs to do something about that, right? So here's what I'm thinking. Classes can evolve, and Awakened can evolve their classes into something aligned with a specific world by taking in enough of the aether from that world, one way or another. Scholars are normally restricted from doing that with Soul Eater (dubbed the Mad World in-setting) because they commonly turn into Witches which Death has standing kill orders on because they get skills, abilities, and inclinations that make them basically just like the Witches of that world. So, what I think, is that Arachnophobia attacks the facility I work out of, which is mostly staffed by Scholars who got the Cauldron skill by chance, and Arachne's gonna have everyone force everyone to evolve into Witches before shuttling them around the world.
Self-preservation instincts will see those people trying to hide, while the Sway of Magic is gonna incline them to destruction, and because they're now attuned to the world of Soul Eater and they're in a situation of duress, they're going to become vectors for the spread of Madness, and I'm unfortunately gonna end up one of them? Maybe a plot like that to kick things off.
