The only one I can think of that is similar in tone and themes to Satori Shoujo while remaining fully consensual is Zutto Issho ni Ite ne. TS Shoujo Haruki-kun is also a pretty good character exploration but be warned it is GB and it is not fully translated. Ayamachi wa Himegoto no Hajimari is also not fully translated and doesn't have much drama but I find the character dynamics in it to be pretty enjoyable. Azuma Yuki's works in general are pretty good at showing loli friends discovering sex.

Awa no Ohimesama (Bubble Princess) is one of my favorite stories, it doesn't have a lot of development as most of the story is centered around the MC getting to know all the lolis and eventually developing feelings for one of them. Also Shoujo to Gang is classic favorite of mine, it get very close to what you descrribed.
