December 1, 1993 Location: Hazelwood,MO Victim(s): Cassidy Jacquelyn Senter 10 Attacker(s): Thomas Brooks Jr.,Cassandra Quinn,LaFranz Wilson Description: When Cassidy knocked on the door to the house that Brooks’ sister owned and asked him if his nephews were home, he responded by grabbing her and started dragging her down the basement steps, before she fell, activating her personal alarm. Brooks took the alarm and threw it into the street, before returning downstairs. He then returned to a screaming Cassidy, who was searching for a way out, and told her to pull her pants down. When she wouldn’t comply, he hit her four times in the head with a bed slat, before covering the body and going to work. He kept her body in his sister’s basement for a week, before dumping it an alley near Martin Luther King Drive and Grand Boulevard in St. Louis,MO.
