Why did the alt-right and the new generation of white nationalists(mostly gen z and self identified (Hello, I just arrived from Leddit, please bully me)s) flock to Catholicism instead of Mormonism? I mean, I get it, the West was dominantly more white back in the day when religion was more prevalent in everything, so they’re trying to get that back. But I wonder why they picked Catholicism, which is like the biggest libtard religion out there, not to mention the weird tension between it and American Protestants. Anyways, I’m not one of them, but if I were, I’d try to co-opt Mormonism. I mean, it’s strictly racist—they believe that having black skin makes you impure and someone who rejected God in the pre-existence. They’re really into community and anti-race-mixing; you couldn’t be a legit Mormon priest unless you were 100% white. In addition, they’re really into female virginity and submission, and their female believers actually tend to follow the faith, at least. My current theory is that Catholicism has the big, cool knights history, while Mormons are generally looked at as weird and “culty.”

I've wondered the same thing. I think people are seeking authenticity, and they think joining the catholic church with its history and cathedrals is more authentic. LDS are still globo though.

They are probably fake accounts trying to misdirect young nationalists to '"Catholicism"' because it is kike infested and kike controlled, it's been this way for over a decade. Haven't you seen all those fake pastors on social media? They have invested a lot of their efforts in those.

Just to clarify I could be wrong, but my point is, if I were a white nationalist my best bet would be to utilize a pre existing religion/faith to find a following and gain political impact instead of trying to change another existing one that has been mostly an antithesis to your cause.

Even the Vice President is a Catholic born from a fascination with it, and many people in the current administration also have fascinations with it. Unless the Church chooses a Traditionalist, it will be bled of these people and become an organization for the Third World anyway, more than it is now. Italy should march on the Papacy and burn and loot the Vatican. It's obviously no longer an Italian or European institution.
