There would be no way to enforce it bc there is no specific jewish dna. All the people who thought they where special bc the maternal jewish birth thing where just regular white kids. They might have found a jewish lineage but it's likely heavily arabs and that would crush jewish religion bc suddenly all jews know they are goyim to jews who are muslim or christian.
