The TSB from Naruto managed to negate the regeneration of Edo Tensei and was untouchable to all that lacked senjutsu, as it bypasses durability. Minato's arms were shown to be erased as a spirit as well, so it's a soul wiping attack. The All-Killing Ash Bones are biologically instakill but don't affect the soul. I would say that it's quite likely that they could wipe out Salem, since I'm pretty sure her curse is tied to her soul. Putting aside soul-wiping attacks, the Rinnegan rips the soul from the body and sends them to the afterlife when absorbed. Reaper Death Seal utilizes a literal god of death to do the same thing.
The question is if the Gods curse can be nullified by these attacks or not. The Truth Seeking Balls are essentially divine in nature, as Naruto acquired them when he became a demi-god and Kaguya's was meant to destroy all her worlds as it expanded, and she would then REMAKE them, so I think it's possible it would be powerful enough to circumvent Salem's curse.
Soul wipe/removal aside there's sealing. Shukaku's seal would have trapped Madara if he hadn't switched with his limbo clone with eye hax. Chibaku Tensei could seal even the Tailed Beasts. Speaking of an interesting idea would be a seal like those used for jinchuriki. A seal that would trap Salem within someone could be done and by tying it to someone's life it could bypass the Staff usage undoing the seal by exploiting the no-killing loophole. And then whenever he holder dies the seal could take Salem to hell or whatever.
The Brother Gods are very powerful, but while they are true gods, the question is if their curse can be nullified by soul erasure or not. The Grimm Pools of Destruction are also not necessarily soul wiping and with The Hound we know that it doesn't necessarily kill even those that are mortal.
One Piece does not have a single soul wiping attack in it, the soul manipulations like Soru Soru no Mi are limited to extracting life-span, but that's not the same as destroying a soul and I doubt Salem would be afraid of anything or anyone.
