/b/ is a relatively low maintenance board and it could be ran solo with diligence. What to moderate on /b/ You will have to moderate pedos, bots, and spammers / flooding. Exceptions If someone is spamming in a containment thread, it is okay. 2D lolicons and /delicious/ tier posts are also an exception. JANNY APPLICATION 1. What will you do as a janitor? 2. Stance on pedos? (You will be expected to tolerate lolicons and 2D, but nothing 3D). 3. Do you have experience being a hotpocket? (If you are inexperienced, that is okay, but you will be taught). 4. >>15856 The BO of /b/ has been shuffled around multiple times since the site began. I think the last one, Vampyr, left because he farded and shid pant over Mark, for some reason. Not that i blame him, i just don't know the exact reason, maybe the gacha threads. Anyway, the last two before vamp were low-key diddlers, if i recall correctly, and then before them was Head at some point.
