It looks like that old flash game Julie the Tickler is making a comeback. The developer is looking to make a sequel. Unfortunately, it looks like the style of the game is using AI. I could be wrong, though. But either way, it's nice to see a classic game finally coming back after all this time.

Does anyone know if the Jac LaPlume game is still being worked on, or is that another game under the category of what could've been?

A spider monster girl also works well with your idea to allow monster girls to be either ticklees or ticklers, as she could also use her webs to trap the player (or other characters) in her web to restrain them for tickling. Maybe take more inspiration from one or the other, combine elements of both or just do whatever you want.

to be honest I was originally thinking about a twisted SCP variances in human form that relates tickling, I just call them monster girls for simplify reasons, but I can get on with this, not the biggest fan on the monster foot but I can see why its hot, some hot idea for a scp monster girl would be great too, with special power and weaknesses
