/aig/ - AI General: Sora AI Exploitation Edition Anonymous 10/06/2025 (Mon) 23:10:28 Id: b52ce9 No. 1823904
https://openai.com/index/sora-2/ Sora 2 is here and the world is already taking advantage of it. Sadly, it seems to be restricted to an iPhone app, but surely there are some new methods of using it coming up, or work-arounds. Post your own creations, prompts, others' ideas, just try and keep it as vidya as possible.

>>1839047 I mean, if you want to be like that... >I've never seen the art that AI created for me anywhere else. That makes zero sense when most AI image generators operate under base algorithms (LoRAs?) by fundamental. You're going to tell me your funny box learned how to do pretty pictures on a certain style by itself. It's not unique when it already borrows the processing from a database accessible by several other users. ...and that isn't even accounting the fact there're a lot of base models out there copying other artists' styles, like Rizdraws', or that one Ranfag who's name eludes me, I've even see some in the artsyle of Shigeshisa Nakaue. It is irrational to think people out there aren't making models of artists that already exists out there. >So does every human who gets inspired by someone else Yes, that is stealing and yes, it is a valid artistic practice... when you know it's different from plagiarizing, which is the proper word for this specific context in the AI discussion. And no, that is wrong for both humans and the AI to do, even worse for the latter because the plagiarist is not as simple as just an individual, but a whole ass database financially supported by hundreds of people who's end goals and moral principles can be easily put to question.
>>1836558 >For what it's worth, i don't want anyone going out of work who genuinely needs the money to survive, that would depress me That is a sentiment I can appreciate and commend. Cheers, anon. If it serves for anything to you, one thing I learned from hanging around commissioners and doing commissions is that there is more to the process than just getting your stuff drawn. Part of the reason people commission art is because of the patronage and the satisfaction of having another human hear your autism and do said autism justice, as well directing them in the process at all. There is also a bit of altruism and ego to it, some people just want to be supportive and say they're doing good for someone. There's an inherently human aspect to art that the AI simply cannot replicate, not because it needs more training or anything, but because what it lacks goes beyond computer logic, it's human sentimentalism and foolishness. As long as there are people out there that value that foolishness, art and artists will not go anywhere anytime soon.
>>1836445 >>1839420 >actual theft of actual humans where the actual art is still intact He's right though. Perhaps this is instead a failure of the english language since there's not a proper word for it. What you typed sounds retarded. The act of image diffusion with artificial intelligence is not stealing. >>1839447 Plagiarism doesn't fit either. Rizdraws did not and won't make this image thinking it was funny for the resulting image to be horny instead.
>>1836427 Its a shite narrative, is what it is. You draw something truly novel? Fantastic, you're ahead of AI by at least thirty years. The current and even future generation of artists is still secure, as long as the artist has a functioning brain, because AI fundamentally can't create anything wholly unique. It must be trained (and learn) off of something, and the best it can do, to make something new, is to mix and combine. A lot of porn addicted nigs get all uppity about AI being able to cater to their specific fetish. No, not really. You're getting worse quality (at best its the same) and the best you can say (and have said for the past half decade) is that "it's really getting there!" Off the top of my head for an example, Khyle has made some really funny work with various characters that AI just can't do. Regardless of your opinion the quality, I think parodists like him have a pretty safe space away from AI for awhile at least. >>1839447 >base algorithms (LoRAs?) by fundamental. Technically you didn't actually address his point. Yes, the base tags exist elsewhere. But a specific composition? I don't think there is many non-AI images of Saria flexing her wrinkly butthole for actual models to take advantage of. But there is images of bum wizardry and also images of Saria in various positions. Just because others can easily access the same toolbox doesn't mean there isn't some uniqueness present. Styles are more similar to what you're talking about. Except you can mix and match those, too. Funnily enough, AI has actually gained a somewhat original style. The overtly shiny AI slop style that looks like shit because its the result of a billion styles combining into one. >plagiarizing Reminds me of that dude who took a WIP image from a twitch streamer and "finished" it in AI. Tracing is poor professionalism, but its done so often even in successful business contexts that I can't take any argument with it seriously. Anyway, plagiarizing is not the proper word for this discussion since we're not dealing with art theft or tracing. AI art really just doesn't trace, unless you feed it an image, drag down the noise slider and let it run.
>>1839522 Would any anon hit that?

The most famous Sora gen is apparently this one. eyedungeddit
>>1839529 >that looks like shit Except that it looks better than 80% of what's been uploaded to Deviantart, by actual human people. AI is already a net positive for the world.
>>1843738 He speaks of the default waxy AI look that needs to be tard wrangled away from. Not very easy depending on how you want it to look.

https://civitai.com/articles/20211 Civitai dead. No more NSFW with free tokens, only way to get tokens that can make NSFW stuff is paying or have your stuff used by paying members. I've got a fair stash from having so many LoRAs that saw occasional use, but I doubt I'll be getting much going forward so its a finite resource. I approached this hobby as enjoying it as much as possible before the enshitification set in, but it still sucks when it hits. What's the lowest end card that gets good gen times with Illustrious? None of the hardware stuff I follow benchmarks for text to image and don't know who does that's trustworthy. I'm currently team red (got a 6700 XT right before I really got into this stuff) and was hoping the GPU market would be less shit by the time we got this bad.
Has anybody managed to do anything lewd with Sora? I'm just curious what it even looks like. >>1844047 My 1070 Ti is able to do medium-resolution images in 30-70 seconds per image, if that's any help. Also, you can totally gen with AMD, there are usually forks for that. I know there are forks of Stable Diffusion for AMD. In fact I don't think you even need a fork anymore, Stablity has started officially supporting Radeon hardware. https://stability.ai/news/stable-diffusion-now-optimized-for-amd-radeon-gpus
>>1844047 I do exclusively local gen with my 6750 XT. It's not the best (crashes on upscale, crashes with the right VAE setup, crashes if the devs do a shoddy update, so many memory leaks...) 3090, 3080, maybe something in the 4000 series? AMD has only focused on AI slop from the latest generation onwards. My next upgrade will be a 9070 XT but I need it to come down a bit in price before I can justify dropping more than half a grand on a single computer component.
>>1844061 Only the shit post SDXL models with licenses stability was capable of rewriting the license for post PC were covered in that. Speaking of which, earlier today Civitai finished removing use of those same models from use on the site (after warning of it a month ago) because that rewrite banned all NSFW material with them. Nobody cared because those models were shit, though it does ruin my one Ultra Lord model a week for seven weeks joke since one of them was an SD3.5 model and now will show up as a gap. Also: What's "medium res" in your case?
>>1844047 Guess I'll be genning locally more often. A shame as I was getting occasional donations of yellow buzz from gens alone. In other news, my experimentation with Forge Couple continues, albeit slowly and very clumsily as no one really heeded my call for help. I thought its mask feature would give me proper control but the damn thing's as RNG as ever. Took me some time to figure out that the very top line is meant for quality and/or style tags, but not knowing where to put action prompts, I threw it in there too. Mutations and prompt bleeding kept happening regardless, with pics related being my only (very mild) successes and even then, the second one is due to img2img a style LoRA. Little wonder why most stick to slop genning considering how long these took me, but I'll keep at it. Worried how much of a hassle Cnotrolnet will prove to be once I dabble with that. https://civitai.com/models/1918769 https://civitai.com/models/1614575 https://civitai.com/models/294142

>>1844481 Whatever affects the entire scene goes in first prompt. Other prompts affect only mask areas. Pic #3 here >>1717581 gave an example of using both controlnet & regional prompter. Although it's not forge couple the concept is similar. It was posted 42 days ago. If you had CTRL+F searched for the word "regional" in that thread you'd have see it. Pic #2 here >>1746578 demonstrates how complex the scene can become. If you're using controlnet it makes regional prompting far easier since it forces the position of characters in the image where you can mask them. A controlnet image can literally be as simple as this pic with two circles to indicate the head position (& therefore height) of two different characters whereas just using the "size difference" tag alone would have RNG.
>>1844896 Became aware of that post an hour ago but my response didn't get through until now. Speaking of until now, mask function is broken in Forge Couple or something. Keep getting a "AttributeError: 'ForgeCouple' object has no attribute 'get_mask'" error despite assigning every mask a prompt line. No clear solution either but it may explain the earlier horrorshows. Advanced function does work but the success rate is about the same. I'd like to get the mask function to work though as I doubt the other two functions can do diagonals and other unconventionals worth a damn. Aside from an HDD transfer, I haven't a clue as to why that error is a thing when everything else in the UI works. Now regarding Controlnet, Forge already comes with it. Do I need to get anything else for it or is it already set out of the gate? Except for that Mistoline thing. I already got that where it's supposed to be but I sometimes hear of Openpose, Canny, etc.
Surprised there aren’t more meme dubs being made.
>>1844047 >>1844047 You niggas knew this was gonna happen, learn to use local gens i'm running it on my kind of outdated hardware (5ish years old) and it takes a few minutes but it still gets the job done now if only i could figure out how to get it to gen what i actually want. fucking noobai takes what i give it and says "do you want a bunch of unrelated shit in there?" Like i tried genning a desk with some water bottles on it and a gun and look at what it gave me for the prompt "A desk with water bottles on it, a handgun is on the desk."
>>1845640 wow that almost looks like a gun and some gun parts
(1.07 MB 1280x720 what are you retarded.mp4)

Also what the fuck is that grok shit? seems to be no way to use it without using a fed email or something, maybe i'm just retarded and not seeing it but animating any image and adding audio to it seems pretty cool
>>1844047 Haha. Where will all the bara furry porn go? >What's the lowest end card that gets good gen times with Illustrious? >6700 XT You have it and this LoRA will make it go brrrrrrr: https://civitai.com/models/1318488/dmd2-4step-color-fix
Does making loras cost yellow buzz too or is it still free? They're really shooting themselves in the foot with these changes. Is local lora training any good yet? I tried the built in node on comfyui a while ago and it was awful.
>>1848264 It's still blue buzz for now.

Here are some dumb character fusions I tried while messing around with making portraits for SillyTavern. 1. Neferpitou (HxH) + Felicia (Darkstalkers) 2. Tomoko (Watamote) + Android 21 (DB FighterZ) 3. Satsuki (KLK) + Ashley (Warioware)
I figured I should remind people my collections exist because they got way bigger than I intended and collections are such an obscure feature of Civitai. https://civitai.com/collections/6968648 Models of artstyle from specific media, rather than just random internet artists or concepts. (Also has a Pony version) https://civitai.com/collections/5601926 Models of girls from "western" media. Has a Pony, 1.5, and Flux version

>>1836445 Sorry for right-clicking your monkey, faggot >>1827330 That's exactly what I'm saying. It's going to be Illustrious scissorhands until the very end, while OpenAI and friends unleash the postmodern torment nexus where you can make up any bullshit you want, as long as you have the money and work for the right organizations. I mostly gen /tg/ type stuff. Here's some Harrow designs I made for a D&D game I bounced from after things started getting weird.
>>1853630 >D&D Pathfinder, I'm just used to saying D&D so the normoids know what I'm talking about Polite sage
I'm surprised how much of a focus civit is now, everybody crying about it. Are you guys from the Refugee Crisis? I don't think I remember that site ever being brought up here previously.
>>1853640 That's because it was the repository for models and LoRAs until recently. Now we're either stuck with Huggingface and Rentry-hosted grids, alt sites popping up only to get the Mastercard dickslap once they get big enough, or having to congregate in creepy-ass corners of the internet like ATF or Discords full of deepfakers to get content that isn't neutered and raped.
>>1853764 I had only ever used huggingface which, I admit, is a nightmare to navigate, but I'm confused why you're seemingly negative on it?
>>1853799 Because it's a nightmare to navigate. I hate not being able to see what I'm downloading before I download it, and how much worthwhile stuff ends up buried because there's no way to filter by time period? Your options are either "Trending" which is the same 50 or so tensors that people have been using for the last 18 months, or "New" which is 17 pages of the same guy's lazily-trained sex position LoRAs.
https://civitai.com/models/2058756/il-super-gadget-girl-gadget-and-the-gadgetinis-inspector-gadget?modelVersionId=2329733 Wanted to test some things, so I made a LoRA for a random robutt robot girl from an episode of one of the Inspector Gadget sequels

ok ... thats funny AF LOL
