Even modest hardware can run games at acceptable FPS, about a year ago it was reported a setup worse than yours could pull 20-25 FPS. RAM might be the only issue, I remember people recommending 32GB, but if they've fixed the memory leak issues that might no be a problem.

This State of Play was essentially a reheated Nintendo Direct since most everything that has been showcased was already announced before by the latest Direct, or were later announced on Switch consoles too. The main point of that conference seemed to just reveal the Japanese-only digital PS5 SKU sold at 55k yen, but it's still pretty expensive considering the following point >Just to note, the Digital Edition launched in Japan at 43,978 yen, and they raised the price twice over the years. This is 11,000 yen more expensive than that, and region locked. It is also about 22 more yen more expensive than the base model's original price. The current base (global) PS5 model is priced at 82k yen, and the (Japanese-only SKU) Switch 2 is sitting at 50k yen. While it's commendable that SIE is at least making a gesture for the audience in Japan, it feels unfortunately too late after 5 years. Sony doesn’t even have the ‘you need us for AAA experiences’ anymore as the Switch 2 is now out and has already proved its capabilities with Star Wars Outlaws, AC Shadows, Resident Evil 7-8-9 and Final Fantasy 7 Remake. And nearly every other third-party (which was the bread and butter of Playstation) is present on Nintendo as well. I only give this stream an 1 out of 10 for bringing back Toro (the actual Japanese mascot of Playstation) and the groovy music in the wait room, but it was a waste of time otherwise.
