I always had a soft spot for the Lego Star Wars games, though I haven't played the latest one. Is it any good despite the sequel shit?

This game right here is probably my all time favorite Star Wars game, maybe behind the original Battlefront and Battlefront II. Manages to remain incredibly fun while also being ball-bustingly hard, and your basic weapon being twin blaster pistols with unlimited ammo that fire as fast as you can pull the trigger without any bullshit cooldown mechanics makes for some absolutely wonderful moments of feeling like you're an unstoppable wall of firepower although this also has the side effect of making half of the arsenal feel pointless in comparison. The jetpack was also pretty fun to use, although the jumping puzzles requiring you to perfectly line yourself up with tiny ass beams less than a foot wide over massive instadeath chasms were a pain in the fucking ass (as most jumping puzzles tend to be), not to mention absolutely killing the momentum of the game in some spots. I also remember enjoying Force Unleashed, and the official Episode III game being decent as well despite being a movie tie-in game.
