If you want to play as a little girl and don't mind gacha, it might be worth keeping an eye on Azur Promilia. Alternatively, Duet Night Abyss also has a fair few amount of child characters AND IS NOT A GACHA GAME. The game is being advertised as a warframe clone and they're only going to monetize cosmetics instead of gameplay related things.
