No one here is actually stupid enough to want to go work for a PH company unless you're from something worse like Brasil or some shit. PH is pretty good to digital nomad in but working for any company there is a death sentence. You can easily visa hop 90 days in 90 days out, I do PH 90 days->korea 9->Japan 90 and repeat, just helps me change the scenery up a bit and make sure I never need to worry about visa limits. Flights and Hotels are cheap with Korea probably being the cheapest IMO. I work in tech as well and would never go into PH for a company there unless it was specifically under a contract where my salary was 100% guaranteed and I knew what the scope of work was. PH salaries are dogshit even be EU tech standards, like enjoy going to make maybe 25-30k from your insane hours and corrupt as fuck boss.

All of my Japanese friend's businesses were failing because of Yen devaluation. prices haven't really risen yet because Japanese budgets are so tight, that any price rise will cause a panic. So retailers are cutting quality and eating the cost. Japanese society is extremely fragile right now. Foreigners will be the societal scapegoat. This is why you see JP immigration suddenly deporting obnoxious nobody streamers back to America. The delicate illusion that the Japanese have carefully developed for decades is falling apart. This time they'll have no military to project their frustration through. It's not the West's fault. We're just selling them what they want. The Japanese are incredibly prideful and naïve. They have no interest or understanding of what's happening outside of their small island. It's weird how the American incel/weeaboo wants to defend or shield utopia Japan from the mean outside world. They are very mean to each other, and will carry a grudge against their neighbor for decades until they have the perfect opportunity to fuck them over with a smile. If I were a Japanese, I'd make some Yakuza friends and get ahold of a handgun, because that's where things are going. The Yakuza I've met also tend to be generally kinder and more open people.
