>>18839 It's a decent show. It accomplishes what it sets out to do. It's a basic, relaxing, low stakes show with a fun animation/art style that gets people's attention without being controversial. It's great to watch with family or with kids because you know it's going to be safe and not too upsetting. I don't feel a pressing need to go watch the next season, but I wouldn't be against watching it at all either. I guess my biggest question is why pokemon need concierges anyways? Why not have the pokemon roam a resort by themselves and have some humans there to make sure things don't go crazy? Pokemon don't need to be served hand and foot by humans, especially in nature. Clearly this is too deep of a question for a show like this, but I found myself asking asking this as I watched. It's probably because it's easy to make writing the viewers can relate to if there are humans involved. The basic, surface level concepts about doing what makes you happy or making friends can most easily be shown through human character development.
