And in fact, getting all these opportunities now just makes the previous denials more upsetting. Because it means it wasn't because she wasn't "good enough", but because management didn't care (or worse, didn't like her). Plus, I'm pretty sure she just wanted to let her fans know, but couldn't due to NDA, and it was eating her up inside. Hence why that stream was in January, shortly after her 1yr grad anniversary.
