>>118813 (OP) One possibility that I want to put forth is Kohaku Yumekui who announced an "indefinite hiatus" before the announcement and she was a bit cagey about her reasoning. The only thing against this would be the fact that Sakana notoriously has the girls in predebut and in the basement for quite a while working for him. Kohaku was streaming with a schedule as herself indie for quite a long time and participated in quite a few events and in her notice, it seems to imply otherwise. I am not sure how prior Phase girls handled retiring their indie personas but that would be the only serious issue with her being in. But everything else about her and the timing would I think fits. Feel free to disagree though.

>>118813 (OP) Senzawa, Filian, Vedal
Marimari she says nigger all the time
>>119493 she's with mythic, isn't she? I've no idea if that would preclude her or any other liggers from joining a corpo or not, though.
>>119493 Phase is stricter than HoloEN at this point.
>>118948 I hope you're right. Kohacute
>>118813 (OP) noa talent is imploding so sayu might join now
>>118948 The concept of "invader" is that you do not "retire" your previous identity. There is no hard rule and everybody does whatever, but the pattern is along the lines of "it is not a secret who she was previously". Going on hiatus would imply a new identity, but there would be no need to "retire".
notGura, notAme and notMe are /in/
>>119782 Nice femanon, I'll be your #1 fan
It will be more former Tsunderia talent that they haven't poached yet. And by that I mean the ones nobody really care about because the few notable ones don't want to be in corpos.
>>118813 (OP) It's murky, the Invaders concept seems kinda awkward and antiquated now. Phase has seen some decline recently while Vshojo has grown and indies have continually gotten bigger, seemingly spearheaded by big ex-corpos who have shown how successful that path can be for other big corpo girls who could leave. Maybe 1-2 years ago it could have some weight with certain people but who is out there to make it anything more than news for people already watching Phase?
>>123859 If they could bring in a genuinely big indie (perhaps under a more generous contract than most talents) it could potentially put more eyes on the company. But Phase already has like 30 vtubers, not sure why they're so deadset on adding more and more when they're already well ahead the big two of EN in number of members.
>>124079 but that's the thing, Phase on the up and up a little while ago might have had some incentive but what incentive is there for a bigger indie now?
>>124158 Some people are just like that, they feel uncomfortable when they're not part of a group/hierarchy, but I agree it's not likely.
who gives a fuck? fucking right wing pandering grifting whores
>>124158 Phase is fairly permissive in the contracts according to the talents. Jelly has said multiple times that the advantage of joining Phase is that she does not have to handle some behind-the-scenes stuff that is offloaded to managers, and she is someone making bucks composing music. A lot of famous indies pretty much found a way to do the same, for example through Mythic. It could be that these new invaders were also looking for something like that.
>>124951 Mythic and Phase aren't remotely comparable. Mythic takes a small portion of sponsorship income in return for letting them arrange sponsorships for you, Phase is a standard vtuber corpo where they take half.
>>125336 You are missing the point: even if the way they do it are different, the final goal is the same of taking over some work from the talent.
>>125594 The question is whether doing less work worth half your income. I think for most people the answer is no, especially if that income is high to begin with and you stand to lose a lot. And Mythic just has nothing to do with it, they're not actual managers who do work for their streamers.
Hopefully it's not anymore Nepo hires from the CEOs friendgroup again. He got pretty lucky with the nepohires in invaders 2 being talented and entertaining, but it obviously flopped for him with gen 3. Give some new talent a shot, and don't let another menhera with a notorious track record like Kana in again.
>>124205 Uh oh! Faggot melty!!
>>119781 She isn't retiring but indefinite hiatus was the best way she was able to put her situation of not streaming on a schedule and doing only specific things with her channel which is why I am assuming she might have been picked up. The invaders label might be more marketing this time given what has happened between the last invaders wave and this one with the controversy of the termination. I believe if these invaders have to pick up a new identity which is likely, it will be obvious who they were. >>123072 Who else is left up for grabs? The ones that people want are either still tied down to a place or don't want to join or are gone entirely. Rosemi is probably the only one left I can see Fishman moving heaven and earth to get but she still isn't out of Niji. >>125838 Saya didn't work out but she was at one point a good talent so I don't fault Sakana for giving her a chance to see if she could reignite the fire there. It's just the fact she's been checked out for so long and joining Phase didn't help that which sealed the deal. She's pretty much used up her fame and credibility from her early years and she'll never be able to join another competent company again.
>>125838 He wanted a holo lite group populated by chinese women as backup wives in case his marriage goes south.
>>125755 >I think for most people the answer is no, especially if that income is high to begin with and you stand to lose a lot. This is basically what Shondo said about Phase. No big vtuber has any reason to join them. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2436295357?t=01h18m00s

>>129465 >Unironic begging for Shondo >Seen multiple instances this week of unironic Mint begging all over the internet >"Senzawa phase invader lol" when even vshojofans aren't doing that and are instead hoping for NOVA EN And people told me Phasebegging was just memes and falseflagging. >>118813 (OP) I think she might get in
>>118813 (OP) A bunch of safe 2views from dead small corpos
>>130432 >pippa or shiina Pippa and Shiina look average (even by "internet standards") and in the case of Pippa she's a literal retard in terms of taking care of her look. Sayu on the other hand, has always been below average and hit the wall HARD, and anyone who have seen THAT video would feel a tiny bit more sympathetic towards Nijiniggers due to sheer physiognomy
I hope Mel Nekomata makes it in
>>129870 >Fish vtuber posts fish emoji >"omg sakana!! phase connect!!!"

>>130400 >self-funding Men who are her fans payed for it 100%
>>130432 Shiina's pretty good looking actually, Pippa is the one who has FAS >>130717 >balding jewess You seem to be confusing Pippa with her faildox of a Russian girl with a big nose

>>130781 >Shiina's pretty good looking actually if you have low standards, can't see through filters and suffer from yellow fever >Russian girl with a big nose I know pippa doesn't have a big nose, but her ears out her.
>>130507 that and the time she shared an odd link on twitter, her fans (and mods, too) were concerned about her being hacked, and she had a full mask off moment calling her fans terminally online losers and bragging how she has IRL friends like "normal people"
>>131463 Holy shit I totally forgot about that, and it was only a year ago.
>>130427 doesn't silver hate idol stuff? isn't that part of the reason she left vshojo?

>>130746 I could not think of another way to say "not paid for by a vtuber agency".
>>131707 yikes
>>125594 Mythic doesn't provide management beyond mailing sponsorships, in that regard Phase has a leg up. But no big indie would sign a deal giving away so much of their income + risk their IP just for management that's not even actually working for you.
(256.20 KB 1600x900 GpVnRL5bYAA95Gc.jpeg)

I'm just drawing nothing but blanks because I dont keep up with the indie/ex-corpo scene much. Cant be frog Ami because she's jumping to IRL roommate content and most of her PRISM coworkers are either inactive or dont show signs of reincarnation. Some ex IdolEN talents like Juna, Fuyo and Rin havent shown signs of anything like joining another corpo as far as I can tell. Most of Tsunderia either seem fine to be indies or have since been poached, and some ex Nijis are either fine as indies or have joined smaller companies; I doubt Fishman is interested in hiring Twisty either. Its just hard to think of people that would apply to be "invaders" instead of signing up under a clean slate in a new gen. You're essentially giving up your IP to a corpo unless you're smart enough to negotiate a good contract for yourself, something which I dont think most Vtubers are.
>>151758 The public doesn't know about the contract specifics obviously, but in the previous group of invaders, all three had new identities. The way invaders has been described since then is as an accelerated debut program without a full gen, for experienced chuubas who don't need pre-debut coaching and such, rather than as an adoption program like the original Lumi and Yuri invasion. The accelerated debut idea obviously hasn't held up with this new group, but we aren't privy to the circumstances.
>>119701 Mythic is basically just an option for vtubers and fleshtubers who are 4views and want to pay them a cut of their earnings for a manager and sponsorship. I used to think that's what VShojo did but apparently not.
>>151917 After thinking about it for a bit and reading a bit more, the main issue I have is the fact that I don't know how long Fishman has kept them in the "basement" aka in pre-debut. If he has kept them there before small corpos started exploding and I've heard hints about 2 years or so, then it won't be anyone mentioned in this thread and most likely unknown people or non-obvious ones given when small corpos started exploding en masse since last year. I would think it's more likely they started the gen at the start of the small corpo implosion. >>151758 ex-Prism and maybe ex-Eien is probably the safest guess if we want to talk about ex-corpos since they imploded the soonest from the timeline when the scene was basically massacred from the global financial squeeze cascading downwards to panic investors and companies alike. The main issue is still certainty of timeline and what I said above. If Sakana uncharacteristically rushed the gen, then I can see some of the mentions being true but if not, then we won't know and will be surprised.
>>130151 Seems like a bad idea but they kept Kana in their org for over a year which is a massive accomplishment given how lazy and menhera that girl is.
>>129640 >senzawa >would be absolutely hilarious It would, but the pressure of being the biggest fish in the biggest EN pond made her nervous to the point of puking rainbows. Why does anyone think she'd want to be the biggest fish in a much smaller pond? And in any case, she can't join Phase, Vshojo, or any other agency with even the slightest of footprints in Japan, until 5/2/26
Everybody knows that Invaders is just an ex-Tsunderia retirement home. Who did fish get this time
>>131567 dunno if she hates idol stuff but her leaving was 100% Froot rallying a tranny army against her
>>123072 They aren't getting Amiya, I don't think Orla wants to be tied down to any obligations. Hanabi is doing school and will stream sporadically, Nen is uhh... Nen. Miori is still going through some shit and probably isn't looking for a corpo after already being in two. Then you have two men which I can't see Phase ever picking up. They're not picking up shit.
>>157292 Yeah, the Tsunderia well is essentially drained at this point. And because of how some of Phase's dumbest fans tactlessly approached Amiya in the past, she's not going to bother joining them. Especially not when she's doing fine on her own as an indie and when she may not even blend in well with Phase's fanbase. There was also Wisu/Maria/Toffee, but after two corpos she probably isn't interested in going for another one. And unless Fishman wants to put in the ground work to get a girl like Shima or I guess Yomi off the ground, that's it. He missed his chance with Haewon too, she's now Brave's strongest performing English semen demon. Unless he's somehow able to physically clone her so she can create another 20 online aliases...
>>130427 It would genuinely be so fucking over, thank goodness that's never happening in our timeline.
>>130545 >Who? >Why?
>>157843 Wisu is a cursed chuuba, she killed 3 corpos so far, so I hope she's one of the invaders. :D
One of the new invaders is Sleepy Proj. IYKYK.
>>118813 (OP) Matara and you got commie breadtuber to pair with pippa kek
>>166097 don't forget about clara, cut from the same cloth as the roach
>>130658 correct. all fish belongs to Sakana
Given how little fucks people give Gen 3 and JP, be three girls nobody care about and the fools who wanted Sleepy or Clio get to be mocked
>>119493 The new and improved Phase Connect does not accept whores like that anymore
>>118813 (OP) >No Mint or ex Holos Guess we are not getting invaders then
Welp, I guess we were pretty wrong and >>167667 was especially wrong. I guess Gen 4 will be when ex small corpos will try and get in. He probably won't do it for a while but this gen of invaders seem to be mostly focused on getting the Twitch audience. I think he won't convert them to Youtube if it can be helped, probably dual streaming at best.
>>183243 Being invaders the chances of them keeping their normal Twitch vs. YouTube schedules are pretty high. Adding that all of them are mostly known to be Twitch streamers gives credibility to the theory fishman is trying to get a bigger presence on the purple platform.
>>183300 I think it is a business minded move and fine for him and the company but I did not like the lack of transparency around the fact the gen would be oriented in this manner. A bunch of people are bristling at the move it seems either here or elsewhere.
>>183555 >I did not like the lack of transparency around the fact the gen would be oriented in this manner. Wasn't announced as an invader gen from the very beginning, the only thing that surprised me is that they joined with their characters, we haven't seen this since the first wave of invaders and the drama about Yuri's termination, guess fishman changed the part of the contract about giving the rights of the character to Phase.
>>183965 nigger, yuri "sold" her model to fish when she was terminated. all of the invaders own their own IP.
>>184104 The channel too?
>>183243 >clio troon connect
>>186840 Typical vshojo/Zen watcher response.
