At the end of last year I was living in Thailand and I saw on the news about a girl who had committed suicide, apparently she was an independent vtuber from a nearby town and her channel was not known until the police deleted all her information from the internet to protect her family. I think her name was Yuzuhira Asayaka or something, but her model was very similar to this one but his hair was more orange, instead of bows he had stars and his uniform was different

With Twitch videos expire over time, and if a channel is inactive for a long enough time the channel is eventually retired to due to inactivity. Even beloved Twitch content creator TotalBiscuit has fans struggling to grasp at, and perserve some of what he made before he departed, and if fans struggle to preserve a beloved Twitch partner it's not difficult to believe that a less core member of the twitch community might be completely lost to time. If the vtuber you watched streamed on YouTube try looking through an archive, and pan through videos that may have been published on days they went live. That's the best I got. Hope it could be of help somehow.
