Beach Update : Good solidly sunny day here, didn't take the fall feeling out of the air, but it was nice having sustained sunshine throughout the day. Some construction plans at home fell through so I just relaxed until I got a message from the GF about hitting up the beach. The bright sunshine had bolstered her gumption to swim again and she was raring by the time I passed by. She had opted to wear a sort of half wetsuit (full arm coverage but exposed legs) which I doubt was particularly helpful. Down at the beach, we actually weren't the first ones to take the plunge; an older lass had dived in, fully dressed, while her mister waited on the shore. Was nice having that sort of endorsement before you get in. Temperatures were a good deal warmer than yesterday, but still very chilly when nighttemps™ are dipping down to 3°C (38°F). The warm sun sort of filled in the gaps, but cold was enough to make the GF shriek and whinge as she got in. I had a rigorous long swim, but tried to speed back once I caught sight of the GF waiting for me in the shallows. Very much in the verge of spazzing out with her teeth chattering and full body shaking by the time I got to her. To her credit though; she did wait in the water the whole time for me. Carried her shaking frame back to dry land where we warmed up a bit and she was able to bundle up in thick clothes. Brought her back home where she promptly nuded herself and jumped into a warm bed where we curled up together and had a nap until she was reheated and feeling frisky. Sexy things happened until we realized the time and rushed off our separate ways for dinner. Official Opining : Oscular Obcordation

Beach Update : More work on the house today which is coming along a bit slower than I was hoping. Was an agreeable clear day outside for that sort of thing until mid-afternoon when trails of expanding muck were laid down in front of the sun. Wasn't about to let that stop me from getting another day's swim under my belt, so I left a message with the GF and made for the beach. The grids of hazy chemtrail really do take a lot of warmth out of the sun and the breeze dow there wasn't helping matters. Still dutifully waded out without looking back and found the waters relatively the same as I'd left them yesterday. Got that freezer-burn sensation on my chest and arms as I launched into my routine, but it quickly gave way to the resolute focus of seeing how far I could push myself. Sort of lost track of time as I got further and further from shore until I finally looked back and spotted a blurry miniscule form I took to be the GF setting up where I'd left my stuff. Proceeded to see how fast I could get back and realized I was further out than I thought since the trip back must have been around 15 minutes at top speed. I was greeted on the shore by my bemused GF baring my pre-warmed towel and wooly hat. She spent a bunch of time fretting over warming me up and I felt thankful despite not needing the additional body heat. We went over daily events then made for the hills and got sidelined by the Russian Borzoi friends who talked our ears off in an affable manner. Returned home for mulligatawny soup and salad. Beach Update : Wewww, made it to Spooptober! In keeping with the spooped theme, I was gifted a jumpscare dream last night sleeping over with muh GF; was hanging out with an old friend from years past and suddenly that feller was trying to eat me! Was vivid and upsetting enough that it gave me quite the start, jolting me out of sleep. Left me a bit uneasy and distracted which killed an initial morning attempt at sexy times when we awoke proper several hours later. Somehow powered through this and put in a mediocre penile-performance shortly afterwards. Nothing like gettin' eaten by zombi-frens to mess with your libido. Back home there was a whole mess of heavy lifting and dismantling to deal with in a way that both helped out neighbor and cleared out a lot of space on our property. Did an impressive job of it and collected the accolades of our contractor neighbor before fuggin' off for swims. Weather wasn't too cold, but the sky was sprayed to absolute oblivion. A spidery grid of ever expanding mush, plane after plane tracing after each other and doubling then tripling up on different color and consistency aerosolized sprays. Not fun to see, sort of upped the nihilism ante as I joined up with the GF for some beach time. The sun thoroughly fogged, things felt just as cold as one could imagine when I was walking out into the calm waters. The feeling deep down of not really givin' a fugg is in its own way a very powerful warming fuel, the burning contempt for schizophrenic shadow entities and phantom agencies driving my body with reckless abandon. The cold lost its bite and I kept at the swim for a good long time before making my way back to shore where my lovely GF was waiting with warm towels, clothing and hot tea to get me back to a healthy temperature range. Suddenly I felt much more thankful for the day and patted myself on the back for being one step closer to the fall/winter calisthenics campaign which cannot come soon enough. Beach Update : Had a pretty laid back day here. Skies had cleared and the sun was out, but the temperature hovered in the mid-teens. Once I'd posted off some inquiries about legal matters, I dressed up warm and went for a long walk to a remote beach. There was an airshow on display of what must have been something nearing 200 turkey buzzards all lazily gliding about over a creek. Was impressive to see to say the least, a good sign that they're not in decline and looking healthy. Stopped along the way to cheer up a dog and we ran around and played together which helped sure up some heat against the cool fall day. Once I got down to the beach, some other dogs must have smelled the previous dog on me and proceeded to jump all over me and have a good time. They were pretty wet but I didn't really care as I was about to go swim anyways. Very daunting feeling cold winds picking up just as you're getting ready to undress and wander out into what will assuredly be bone-chilling waters, but somehow none of that stopped me. Soon found myself up to my navel in brisk but calm water and launching myself in, what remained of my body heat turning to burningly cold sensation. Nothing quite invigorates like feeling your body panic then switch gears into survival mode, could literally feel something shift inside me after a few swim strokes like my mind was trying bluff my nervous system into believing it was warmer that what it was actually feeling. Made for a good long swim and a type of resilience against the cold wind as I got out even though it felt like sheets of ice were going to form on me. Redressed and got a steady jog going to regain some of the circulation in my limbs and build up heat for the trek home. Placid Percievings : Pukka Pzazz

Beach Update : More strange dreams last night (this time in the form of a 80's-style horror flic with a title somewhere along the likes of Soul Crusher and featuring a climactic scene where some sort of demon was chowing down on freshly plucked eyeballs w/ surrounding flesh served by a witch-like woman with a triceratops-styled headdress. All very striking yet cheesey.) made for a bit of a tough time getting into the swing of morning love making, yet somehow I pulled through and we had a good go of it. The other plus being that the storytime book is finished and we both agreed it was pretty lousy. Was gifted before heading off for work with some local baked goods (crullers and a cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing). These were tasty when I had them in the afternoon, but wayyy too greasy and left me in some sort of diabetic time warp. Realized how late it was getting and how the bright, beautiful day was slipping through my oily fingers, so I guzzled hot tea and lifted weights in an attempt to warm up before getting out in the water. Very pleasant and scenic fall day, other than the mushy trails in the sky, and I felt glad there was not a hint of wind to be found. Waters were quite calm, but the sun had done little to warm up the temperatures. Still got right out there without a pause or the slightest hesitation and amusingly heard some young lads on the beach balking in disbelief that anyone would get out in there. The swim went smoothly and seemed to even out the deep-fried lethargy I'd been wallowing in. My body seems resigned the cold at this point and stops protesting a lot quicker than before. Enjoyed a long swim then got out and sprinted about to get some of the cold out of my joints before heading home. Undulating Utterances : Unstintingly Upskilled

Beach Update : I think the weather actually cracked 20°C today. Made for a nice time doing stuff outdoors until it was time to get the swim sorted out. The GF joined me to keep watch from a warm, dry vantage point on the beach while I persist in my bizarre routine of subjecting myself to cold water exercise. If it was any warmer today, I couldn't feel it. Could feel much of anything other than cold, much like a weighty block of ice on my chest as I tried to breathe in. The unpleasantness of the temperature aside, it was a lengthy and enjoyable swim which gave me the full body workout I was hoping for. Was very nice having a warm, affectionate GF waiting for me to dissipate the lingering cold with her body once I got out. Drifting Data : Duteous Doting

Beach Update : Put the GF to sleep extra fast last night reading from Tacitus' Dialogus and was reminded how older works would have a sentence that goes on for an entire page. A testament to the attention span of ancient times. Woke up and made Goldbergless whoopie but didn't even have enough time to hang around for a cinnamon roll. Beyond work and scheduling more work, I had to do a bunch of very skill-testing artwork for a relative's upcoming birthday. The portraits I ended up doing were pretty much an all day thing and reminded me why I'm glad I haven't pursued a career in the arts. Turned out quite well as far as I'm concerned, but that'll be determined by the subject once they see 'em. Also had to do a little shopping for additional treats to go along with the gift, so I worked in a brief beach sojourn while I was at it. Very nice weather today, a serious step up from the last stretch of cold weather and almost perfect if not for the messy chemtrailing. There were actually other people at the beach when I got there and a couple out windsurfing despite there not being a whole lot of wind. The waters were very clear and noticeably warmer than the past few days. Still quite cold mind you, but not unbearable. Raced alongside the windsurfers and lost miserably but got a great bit of exercise out of the deal. Proceeded to get the shopping done then buckle down for hours and hours more arting and ornamenting said art. Followed that up with some doodling to festoon this B.U with before I hunker down for an early start tomorrow. Painted Panegyrizing : Pabulous Panoply

Beach Update : Another nice day and very warm despite thick cloud cover. I was pretty busy right from the get go and had to help a pleasant old couple move some newly acquired furniture before digging in to work. Eventually I forced myself away from endless tasks and made myself do some exercise to warm up for a swim. The cloud cover parted a little just as I was getting to the beach and I was reminded of the warm, humid summer days of just a month ago. Beach was vacant and very serene looking. I felt overdressed getting there, but that feeling immediately vanished once I set foot in the water. The warm, muggy day outside almost made the cold feel worse as I trudged further and further in before fully submerging myself. My epidermis gradually stopped grousing the more I kept at it, but by the end I felt the deep body freeze seeping in as I neared the shore. No real time to rest though, had to rush back home and begin preparing a big b-day meal. Dealing with hot oils and boiling water while juggling various courses warmed me up pretty quick and the meal turned out great. Compliment after compliment was foisted upon me as everyone chowed down. Next came presents and the unwrapping thereof and I got audible gasps and relatives nearly tearing up at my duo of vintage portraits I'd worked myself ragged getting done yesterday. Lots of praise for those and all the treats I'd picked out seemed to go over well too as they were instantly opened and snacked on joyfully. Gud stuff. Chocolate cake and bizarre gelatinous cool whip™ followed capping off what could surely be classified as an A-OK b-day. Ancillary Ascriptions : A-plus Allocated

Beach Update : Did some fairly good back-blowing-out both last night and this morning, knocked the GF right out and she was unable to stay awake for even a paragraph of Dialogus. I had more cinnamon rolls foisted upon me in the morning as thanks while she contemplated making a late breakfast out of the leftover fried noodles I'd brought over the night before. The sun was bright during the initial part of the day, but temperatures kept dropping off a cliff as the day progressed. Since I'm on the final few days before I can swap over to my outdoor gym routine, I wasn't about to stop the roll I was on. Pretty much everyone told me to give it a pass or gawped in disbelief that I would even try to swim today, but that didn't hold me back for even a moment. Getting down to the beach in the early evening, everything looked majestic out. Big mountainous dark clouds framing a small window of sunlight over extremely calm waters. There was a bit of a cool breeze and even the dry sand felt Ivey as I undressed and strolled off into the depths. Good deal colder than yesterday, but I was so focused on being close to the end of my run that didn't give a fig. Swam far out and just stopped, looking around in all directions and various flocks of birds flew in tight formations against the of stark, straight beams of sunlight breaching the cloud cover. Everywhere I turned my head there was a different type of bird, most likely on there way to somewhere warmer, and I lost all sense of discomfort at the frigid waters until I was back on shore. The combo of wind, cold sand and general fatigue was absolutely brutal. Like my toes had been lopped off and my ween was an icicle. Genuinely felt like a stiff enough wind could make any moisture on me freeze. Managed to sprint up to higher ground before my body went into shock and my way back home directly to a hot cup of coffee with chocolate. I don't think I really got back to proper room temps for a good hour or so. Iced Incidentals : Inbuilt Infrangibility

Beach Update : Lots of wind gusting about yesterday, enough that it sort of cancelled out the warmth of the sun. Despite the detractors and nay sayers, I defied the odds and got myself down to the beach for a swim after work was done. Waters were very cold, they're at the point where I can't gauge if there's been any change because it all just feels icy day to day. There had even been morning frost warnings the night before so it was intense once I was getting in there and strong winds were whipping up clouds of sand and spray all around me. Got through a nice long swim without incident and found myself unbothered in the strong breeze once I was out other than the general lack of coordination and stiffness of my hands from the cold. Got back home quickly as I had been invited to a tanx gibs dinner and needed to get ready for that. The invite itself was surprising since Canuckistani tanx gibs is traditionally on monday, couple this with date discrepancy with our neighbors to the south and I got the feel "we" can't do anything right. The dinner itself was delicious, lavish abundant. Everyone had a gud time and tanx were gunned all around. Towards the end, pies were foisted on those still remaining and the GF ended up overdoing things to where she needed me to finish her slice because of cramping and cold sweats. Whisked her back home and though I had planned to get back to my place to tend to a few things (doodling/B.Uing among them) I opted to keep her company and rub her belly as she groaned and gurgled struggling to digest the feast. Worked out ok and I think she'll be shipshape instead freighterframed in no time. Late Lucubrations : Laudatory Lenity

Beach Update : Spent a bit of a restless night tending to the GF as she coped with over-capacity stomach pains but thankfully she was feeling better come morning. I had to leave sooner than I would have liked in order to get things done and the majority of the day flew by. Overnight some warm and blustery winds had blown in raising the temperature somewhat but also stirring up the waters into some serious waves and strong currents by the time I was able to get down to the beach. Getting smacked in the chest and soaked in water only slightly above freezing made getting in very daunting. Once I actually dove in I was getting full-bodied freezer-burn so bad that I got the sensation of brainfreeze even with the bathing cap. None of that really slowed me down, very possible the downy layer of residual tanx gibs overeating helping to keep me going until I found myself actually having fun. Part of the fun was the survival instinct of mild panic sweeping over me once I realized I was getting swept down the coast by the strong undertow and that my body was so numb I could barely feel it. Faced with possible death along jagged rocks things didn't feel so cold and additional energy was freed up to fight against the slew of waves and powerful drag down the coast. Probably stayed in longer than I have for a while and felt immune to the cooling winds by the time I was getting out. Quick trip back home and I was warming up getting more stuff done while supplementing with hot drinks. As the day closes, the finish line feels closer than ever and my resolve feels absolutely steely to see it through to the chilly conclusion. Crisp Categorization : Coruscantly Convivial

Beach Update : Was treated to a pleasant, sunny day here. Thermometers showed above 20°C stats and in the early afternoon it felt well above that as yard work got tended to. I put in a lot of effort to shove in exercise between work and it left me in a slightly agitated state when I went to meet up with the GF. Those feelings quickly vanished as we took in the lovely day and soon we were setting up on an empty beach. The sun had given a noticeable boost to water temperatures, but it was still much colder than most would tolerate. I at least didn't get the brainfreeze sensations of yesterday as I made my dive into the lazy waters, but it was still a shock to my whole nervous system. Swam further and further out until my body understood it would have to deal with the cold if I was to make it back to shore and a lot of the soreness and burning sensation abated. Took my time going far out and back to be met on the shore by my GF cheering me on, offering congratulations on making it this far and eager to warm me up any way she could. We loafed around on the beach for a time, taking in the October sun as the winds picked up steam and cooled everything down. Was a quick walk back to her place where we completed the reheating in bed, dozing off slightly in a comforting embrace, and then she manually warmed my frozen cocktail weenie to frankfurter proportions for some highly enjoyable early evening sexy times. Good stuff. Sandy Sightings : Snug Samskara

Beach Update : Had a somewhat odd night with the GF conversation drifting into particularly esoteric topics in the middle of the night. Felt like a bit of a game of gotcha but I'm pretty good at navigating that sort of stuff. The long pitch black talks and morning sexy stuff caused us to sleep in somewhat and miss a friend passing by to drop off fresh, unsolicited, surprise gallett. While this was appreciated, I wasn't all that impressed with the taste of the pastry or the level of cooking the apple slices had undergone. Much better tasting and properly cooked were the peanut butter cookies the GF had made which she fixed me a care bag of. Back home there was a delay with the delivery of gravel for an ongoing project which slowed things down on that end. There was however enough prep work to make time fly by in the warm fall sun. Once I spotted how late it was getting, I chugged hot soup, tea and cookies, did some precursory weights and push ups, then ran out to hit the beach. Temperatures outside of the water were great, made me feel very tempted to just lay about sunbathing when I arrived and set up. Instead of that I trudged out into still-freezing waters and dove right in. Took several minutes before my body settled into being popsicled and then it was fairly smooth swimming. Getting out and back home was a breeze thanks to the toasty sun rays, almost felt like I could keep doing this indefinitely until I reminded myself that the cut off date is tomorrow. Beach Update : Woke up bright and early to tackle a bunch of stuff today. The gravel arrived without incident and is now in place so construction can begin. Set about running myself through a punishing gauntlet of exercises as soon as work was sorted and then kept the momentum going to get down to the beach. Very grey and overcast out, yet still with a noticable warmth that had brought out a slew of late season insects. The contrast between air and water temperatures had stirred up the waves considerably and I was treated to a very lively season ending swim. At no point did the water even approach being warm, but the waviness and harrassing undertow took a lot of bite out of the cold. I was once again enjoying myself more than forcing my way through the swim. Try as I might, I couldn't get out very deep since the waves kept tossing me back like a piece of driftwood, almost as though I was being told ok, that's enough for you for this year. Eventually I relented and let the waves carry me to shore so that I could dry off. Drying off fully on the beach was not an option as it started to drizzle once I was out. Following a quick sprint up hill and a redress, I happened upon a very dapper looking eastern milksnake in the middle of the road. Picked it up and brought it along with me since it seemed to enjoy coiling about my slowly reheating fingers. At first it did the bluff of shaking its tail like a rattler, but it seemed to warm up to me pretty quick and curled up in a pocket on the way home. Played around with it a bit and managed to spoop one of the cats in the process then brought it out to the garden so it can chow down on pests there. Had a bit of tea to warm up and took off for the start of calisthenics in the woods. Was quickly reminded how much I enjoy that even if it's a bit brutal after a half a year away from it. Beach Update : in review The 3rd straight year of B.U fell into a predictable rut. Numbed by the constant doomy outlook and dulled by creature comforts and a loving companion I'm pretty sure these only got worse to read in the face of an increasingly blatant and homicidal death cult emerging out into the open. While I had hoped carefree beach vignettes and life's simple pleasures would provide a counterpoint to the shameful display of modern times in the meat grinder, I'm not sure that was achieved. Elements that could have proved interesting or exciting, such as bluebeard or the strange jewish witch-lady, went nowhere mostly because my good advice was heeded by my girlfriend and she learned very quickly to keep her distance. I'm more thankful for a boring lackluster arc than danger and intrigue due to this being my actual life and not wanting more complications than are necessary. The habit-forming consistency of getting one of these in every day was definitely a comfort in murky times. The addition of fitting in some doodling time for each post cemented that feeling of a slow but steady constructive routine which really lightens my heart every time I scroll through the thread. While the joys and blessings in my life are simple and banal, I don't take them from granted and every night was a reminder of how to give form to what I'm thankful for. This zest for being out and taking in life to distill it down comes at the cost of a marked disinterest in online affairs. Through I barely mentioned it, this last month or so had me completing a 33-day news detox which felt like an invaluable mind-cleanser a week or two in. The dreary backdrop of current happenings and seemingly endless bellwethers of bad times upon the horizon do get in the way of taking in a day and appreciating the things that do go right. The beach is for many people a step away from life's concerns that must be planned for and scheduled in advance. Making it a part of daily life is at worst an enjoyable chore, at best a refresher on the beauty and majesty of nature we've had spread out before us like a banquet. The meal ticket to the banquet seems to be nothing more than valuing your time high enough to budget for taking these things in. Things to continue : making oc to compliment each B.U, accurate reporting of beach-side life, finding subtle variations on a repetitive theme Things to discontinue : lengthy digressions, too much sex talk, wasting time trying to be alliterative with fancy obscure words Final Rating : B(each)-

Beach Adjacent Review : ©anadAnon & GF watch ペンギンズ・メモリー幸福物語 On Friday evening I made a big buttery bowl of popcorn and went around the corner to watch Penguin's Memory: Shiawase Monogatari with the GF. This was a long promised treat since we rarely watch stuff together preferring reading aloud or long silent bouts of eye gazing. She knew I had an affinity for this movie and had been enjoying the penguin doodles I'd been doing nightly. She was quite surprised by how the movie opens, deep in the depths or the Delta War with the protagonist, "Mike” getting traumatized for life. Like myself, she found herself strongly moved by what for all intents and purposes are barely anthropomorphized blue blobs set against quaint backdrops. This was only the second time I've watched the movie and I was again struck by just how many synchs and parallels the story runs with my own life, many I had missed in the first view or, even stranger, hadn't yet taken place, especially concerning the romance arc. The GF saw much of herself in "Jill" and was powerfully effected by the later reveal concerning "Jill's" backstory which mirrors her own real life. There was an almost eerie feeling for the GF of having seen this before mostly because we've both lived segments of it. I'd also forgotten how well done and enjoyable the soundtrack was, almost something I would track down and remix. The movie itself nearly brought the GF to tears at certain moments and I even felt a bit of the ol' catch in the throat watching some scenes play out. A quaint and touching bit of movie making, really the last thing one would expect from beer company mascots. Would be a bit like seeing the Budweiser Frogs partake in a Shakespearean tragedy. Yet somehow it works and leaves (you) picturing the other adventures Mike and Jill got up to following the closing scene at the crossroads. Joint Rating : 私たちはペンギンが好きです /10

Thanks for the new Synthia. I really love your rendition of her and strive achieve your level of Synthia greatness. I offer >>16201 and ask if there's anything I should add before I further develop the new piece.

>>16205 I wish I had time to draw new Synthias, that one I posted was actually one of my first attempts back in the /boo/ days before we got /404/'d. Honestly think your rendition has a lot more stylistic flair and idiosyncrasy to it than what I was doing. Will try to get back into the swing of things and maybe inspiration will strike in time to whip up an alternately Halloween'd Synthesis.
