Millennials had to deal with software and hardware that often wasn't always ready to go out of the box and required some kind of troubleshooting along with low bandwidth making it more difficult to do stuff so the internet didn't fuck up attention span as easily. Zoomers and Gen Alpha are used to broadband and electronics that work immediately with little to no setup so a lot of them just don't know what to do if something stops working.
