Then the groups whose stuff I grabbed off IRC after that were much the same. I've seen it used a lot in anime communities but never really in the subs themselves, but subs can vary a lot depending on which groups you ended up following and where you grabbed it from. It's more homogenous now of course with the same groups releasing to AB and BBT.
