I'm unsure if this is how Chizuru works: she basically creates her purple card whenever she gets 5 wisps. Her starter 4th card applies shackles to its target, and each subsequent hit on the target gives a wisp. Multiple copies of her purple card combine, each copy gives it damage and the third upgrades it to do multiple hits and heal based on max hp. The bondage upgrade gives it +1 hit and does some cost cheating but stops you from gaining AP from cards. It can only stack up to 5. So what happens to copies gained after the 5th? Is it better to use it at 3 or wait for 5? Do the absorbed copies count as exhausts for the purposes of the void set and Eloise?

Veronica's really good as a draw engine but Nia can do that too, Mei hits weakness against everything which is really fucking good, and if you don't have every element covered she might be a better pick.
