The problem about Goddess Fall was most of the exposition was hidden behind context clues, which for the average Gacha player didn't think about.
I had to think about why the event had to be like that, only to realize the story had to go forward in ways not possible before it got to that point. At best all it did was introduce or reintroduce the character roles in the story. I analyzed everything everything pre-event and epilogue in order to, continue on Nikke.
The only thing that clicked in my head is the type of song Sing for The Queen was. An elegy is an opinionated performance of remembrance. That's unlikely what The Queen as we know would want. She wants total domination of Raptures and Heretics on top of the destruction of humanity. The song for The Queen herself would more likely be a hymn; the canonized performance of the subject herself and not of artist interpretation. But because it's an elegy, it meant the song might not be for The Queen after all but for someone who becomes a queen. Many of the verses and the chorus sympathized or ask for support for the Queen in a populous manner, which is the complete opposite of domination.
And that bosses in events are reused in the main story.
That's what I think.
Allegedly 3rd anniversary was planned much earlier in the year, but the year at that point was like last quarter update before the event released. So many things are subject to change if they want to move on but I think it's a bad idea for the current integrity of the story. Other Gacha's canonize their story every month or so behind banners. Nikke choses to have events separate from the story only to backtrack on the event itself for the main story.
