For his purposes, since he doesn't have Yidhari's sig, I assume he doesn't have anyone else's and thus the gap would be closer to 5% in favor of Ice disk 5. Basically always better, especially since that's a really lackluster HP disk 5 he has.

With each loop they get better at handling hollows through trial and error. The antagonist is simply ahead of Phaethon in new game+, and they're controlling the flow information by rewriting history so they can keep their lead.
