Ans Sandrone being tsundere is just an upfront character device that serves as a fuse before we learn about her actual 'good and kind' character later on. In my opinion, this is obviously a form of retcon or character whitewash because we knew what kind of thing that she did back in fontaine and its easy to draw a sketch regarding her personality after finishing that quest; and as the player, its natural for us to root for traveler and justifies sandrone method of punishing jenck in that quest. But maybe, just maybe, some people in hoyo didnt share this perspective and opinion regarding sandrone character and what she was supposed to be (As a reference this character have been rewritten multiple times with the first one being 'tamed' a little bit from her original personality in that leaked VA audition sheet and the second one is in the entire fontaine plot where she was supposed to take a more active role in archon quest and meropide being her robot factory) and it all ended up making her as a sacrificial, melancholic, and sympathetic character that we know right now

The Hexerei characters were not chosen by lore, they were chosen by pure gameplay alone. They chose a couple of characters that needed buffs the most, and added a couple extra 4*s and standard 5*s that would synergize in some way to make Hexerei teams more flexible Fischl already exists as an Electro off fielder for Overload teams with Durin or Venti teams, so they needed an on fielder 4* who could use Durin as an off fielder. Hence, Razor.
