I just tried ulpipi after forgetting I raised him. I didn't even have the nyodule and he's still fucking disgustingly overpowered with S3. Why the FUCK are people crying about wuh2 or logos when he's so fucking broken? I think he legitimately has the biggest phys damage instances in the game with his S3 slaps, even above schwarz crits on top of being fucking AOE.

Wuh lets you turn your brain off for the middle and late game, which is objectively a bigger part of the stages (2/3 vs 1/3), and so she has a much bigger impact.
