There's no mechanic to be abandoned or gimmick that will kill her like with Firefly since her entire thing is just pure damage.

Rushing events on the final day in another game kinda makes me appreciate the way HSR does things a lot more

Kinda funny that Castorice has a passive to prevent death but your entire party has 5-digit HP and healing from 2 sources so you never get to see it. >>688133 Yeah, I used to love games having tons of content or things to do but the older you get, the more you come to appreciate games that let you play whenever you want.

I was more talking about how I like that some games let you play whenever you want due to no time restrictions or very generous time restrictions vs games that put time restrictions on everything to pressure you into doing it before the deadline is up. It's nice being able to decide when I want to play or do things versus when the game wants me to.

I don't really think any of the hoyo games operate that way though except for genshin which somehow still not having a goddamn event archive but you still get 6 weeks to get to it. If anything I'm kinda tardy on this hsr patch. Still haven't started the story nor grail war, still haven't done the multiplayer part of birds, too busy grinding horse girls but I just finished all my carrots so that will slow down.

Or missing out on events when they're your main source of currency but finishing all events takes almost an entire day so it feels more of a chore rather than an enjoyable story to go through.

Same goes for item turn in or commission events, it's just busywork. What I want to see more of is minigame events and character interaction events. Versus multiplayer events are also some of the most fun ones in Jenshin, wish they got implemented more frequently in the other games.

I have acquired Hanabi's cone AND redman's. It was too expensive (~100 rolls) but I should have enough for a reasonable attempt at Cerydra.

Spending half a hour on the fight is unironically a skill issue, when you can make a build that will one-shot the hp bar of the highest difficulty optional last boss. Amplification is very important, not building that is what makes you deal almost no damage. Best strat I found was to make 1 scepter as fast as you can, like the ult one and put all the charge component in it. Then put in the component that batteries another scepter. Make the second sceptor fully focus on amplification, even if you lose speed/charge it doesn't matter since it gets pulled by the first character. Like >>687673, I also like filling the amplification scepter with boundary effects so your characters deal ridiculous damage.
