Frog bros? How do we feel? Her banner is almost up and I didn't bother to roll for her or play her patch yet. Does she feel bricked without dedicated 5* teammates (of which I have none). Truth be told as sexy as I find the elves I kinda hate playing as them.

Just tap tap tap mash left click to awesome. Don't need cantarella but you'll want her weapon or at least stringmaster. Not like she's a must roll or anything though. I failed a thousand gateways run for the first time ever. Running Carthe since I got her just for the run to give almost no hp buff and a few times where I had no choice but to pick the reduce max hp on kill ones.

I hate footfags but I will be rolling for the so-called "footslut" because footfag pandering is integrated in her organically and isn't her sole defining gimmick

>>830595 Frog's weapon is more important than her teammates for her. You can run her alongside pretty much any main dps in the game and she will do her job, even ones that get no benefit from her outro skill such as Jinhsi. She is maybe the most flexible character of 2.0.

>>830595 She's not as "bricked" as some other characters when it comes to ideal teammates (although I suppose you do "need" her weapon - or jellyfish' weapon or stringmaster alternatively). As FrogLOVER I only have two nitpicks with her, which I call design misses - the fact OG Hecate Echo doesn't benefit her at all, and that control during ult is a bit clunky and even worse you're not incentivized at all to be in direct control of Hecate, you're actively punished (you still receive full damage when in manual) if you stay in puppeteer mode. Now I personally don't want to play Frog like that, i'm just saying it is a bit counterintuitive to make the ult effectively "weaker" if the player decides to manually control it. Also, her sequence chain is quite unorthodox - half of it is personal damage, most of it frontloaded (excluding S6), while the middle of it is support and survival benefits. It's not your typical gradual increase of damage output.

Wait I just realised that frog's banner is about to end. I haven't even started her chapter yet. Is there any time limited event that I need to rush to clear?

>>830595 Without her teammates she plays exactly the same, the only difference is team damage. Doesn't feel bricked, at least for now, until the next artificial difficulty increase. Also, the good thing about not having her teammates is that if you have stringmaster or any other limited rectifier then you don't even need her signature weapon. It mostly buffs her off field attacks and you won't have half of those without her teammates. From my testing there is almost no difference compared to stringmaster.
