2013 ICSR report "A Neo-Nationalist Movement: The English Defense League and Europe's Counter-Jihad Movement"
by Alexander Meleagrou-Hitchens (ICSR Head of Research) and Hans Brun (King's College)

ICSR = International Center for the Study of Radicalization and Political Violence, a partnership between:
* King's College London
* Georgetown University Center for Peace and Security Studies
* University of Pennsylvania
* IDC Herzliya
* Regional Center for Conflict Prevention (Jordan)
The purpose of the report is to define
all opposition to Islamic extremism as "right-wing" and "violent" to justify state oppression of
any opposition to Islamic extremism in the name of "countering violent extremism."
The belief that England has a culture and a body of law is given as an example of "right-wing" beliefs. The report defines Islamization, Sharia, taqiyya, and the dhimmi status of nonmuslims as "conspiracy theories."
The report is written in an absurd manner that presents enough detail to scuttle its own conclusions. The report presents what the EDL believes, why they believe it, and then declares their beliefs to be "conspiracy theories" without refuting the evidence.
While the report is written in Hitchens's name, its content is against everything that he has written in the past. This suggests that it was handed to him and he was ordered to put his name on it.

In 2015 Hope Not Hate published "The Counter-Jihad Movement: Anti-Muslim Hatred from the Margins to the Mainstream," a catalog listing everyone of significance who publicly opposes al-Qaeda and its offshoots. Melanie Phillips was shocked to see herself and several academics, feminists, and liberal Muslims listed as hateful Nazis for reasons such as "supporter of Israel."

The Community Security Trust was compromised as far back as 2009, describing "islamophobia" as "another form of racism."

TL;DR
The UK Home Office switched sides in the War on Terror. British intelligence works for al-Qaeda now, like the Soros network >>327795 which probably had a hand in this.
