After speaking with the organizers of Natsucon in Collinsville, Illinois (just outside of Saint Louis), they have approved my GamerGate panel in it's entirety. Initially they were skeptical, but after seeing my panel at Arch Anime and the presentation I have planned, they fully supported the idea. I'll be running the panel with a co-panelist and while she is somewhat newer to the GamerGate discussion, she hopes to provide unique insight from a slightly more neutral perspective. I don't have the exact date or time that the panel will be held, but it will be at some point during the weekend of July 22nd through July 24th. I will announced the exact date and time at a later date, once the official schedule is out. If anyone wants to show up, tickets are available for pretty modest prices and there is a military discount for service members.
