Tennant is a great doctor, but the early half of his tenure wasn't the best, but the last few episodes, and then all of his specials were fantastic, it was a great end to his run as the doctor, but it definitely overshadows everything else in his time as the doctor in hindsight. Making him definitely overrated, but when watching the specials and his season with Donna, he's not overrated, he's amazing. I'm not massive on Smith, he's a good doctor, there's good and bad episodes with him. He's very much the american fanfavourite doctor. Now, Capaldi easily, easily, is the best Doctor. He's definitely got bad scripts, and bad episodes, but you do not give a shit about how bad it is, when Capaldi is on screen, being the doctor. He's simply just fantastic as the Doctor. Also, Missy, fantastic arc, love Missy. Everyone great working on Dr Who is from Scotland RTD was in charge of Eccelston and Tennant, Moffat wrote Blink, and became in charge of the show for Smith and Capaldi, then he stepped down and no one in the industry wanted to take on the job, so Chinballs got it off the BBC, and he's a twat. He fired all of the old staff except for 2 low ranking people, completely replacing everyone. Cameramen, Set designers, Musicians, everyone. Wanted a female doctor, did that shit, which isn't the worst thing he did. That's Flux, which I ignore and consider non-canon. It's that awful. He killed the show, and RTD came back, rehired most of the old staff, but RTD is a 62 year old gay man, who last did shit from the 2000s. So he's just bubbling around trying to be modern lgbt-friendly with his writing, like he was in 2005, completely not understanding anything and not really giving a shit. He gave Donna a tranny kid, but didn't understand what a tranny was, and made the depiction hilariously offensive.
