We know for the fact these websites are filled with feds, shills and bots. With certain board created and moderated by them. With the ability to report a board itself we will be able to nuke a board and restart with another similar board to ensure they never win. I will give you example of 4Chan and what happened when their Jannies became University professors. If thread could be reported for spamming then and entire board those moderators are shill themselves should suffer the same fate.

If you think the board owner is malicious then just make another board If you think a board owner breaks global rules then report him globally.
