This could be contributing to you not reaching the goals you're hoping for if this is the way you've been doing it the whole time. The normal duration is 5 days, but 7 days can work with a slightly higher dose. If you want to inject less often than that, you should really look into using something different than valerate. Enanthate and cypionate can both be done at 2 weeks, and undecylate can be done monthly. I'd recommend switching to weekly injections until you need to resupply and then get something different so you can return to injecting less often.
