If anything, I agree that it's clear he never had any closure from it and for his sake I'd love for him to not be shackled by any regrets he might still hold from that time. That said, I think this new Japan arc has some great potential for new memories and I'm very excited for what it will do for Axel's morale. Crossing my fingers here.
